“We visited this post office as the location where we had an appointment for a passport application was unexpectedly closed. Upon our arrival, Eric welcomed us without a prior appointment. I can sincerely express that I have never experienced such exceptional care as I did during our interaction with him. He demonstrated kindness, professionalism, and warmth, assisting me with all my needs with remarkable attentiveness. Eric is a valuable asset to the team, positively impacting every customer's experience. I commend him for his outstanding personality and exemplary customer service ♥️”

“One of the best Post Offices I’ve been to. It might be because it’s on a Military Installation. The Post Master (Mrs. Alicia) runs a “tight ship”. All staff has consistently been courteous and helpful. Over the last year a lot of their retail staff have since changed which is why I am giving 5 Stars!!!”

“This is my second visit to the Accokeek Branch, in recent weeks. It was such a pleasure meeting, Ms. Hillary. She has a pleasant personality and provides great customer service. Thank YOU Hillary and thank you USPS for hiring an exceptional employee to serve our small community. ?”

“The branch is ok, not too crowded on Wednesday noon. No wifi, free parking. Service is fine and not slow. It has lots of gift cards and wrapping here. Takes credit cards and apple pay.”

“Excellent to so so service in this post office - depending on who is working. After going to this post office since 2023 I can say overall the service is mostly excellent. A few times it was disconcerting to see how dismissive, unprofessional , and cold the service was especially when it took a long time for someone to finally assist me when there were no lines, ringing the bell, and no one in the post office. I took one star off for the times that happened.”

“There was no line in the middle of the day during the week. It was quick and easy and they were helpful. Not sure why the low rating, it’s the post office. You can’t expect white glove five star service every time they are super busy and nonstop. But perfect visit today.”

1810 Reddy Dr, Woodbridge VA 22191
“I had a really positive experience at this post office recently. I stopped by around late morning to ask about a piece of mail that had been missing for over a month, and the female staff at the counter were incredibly kind and helpful. The employee assisting me took the time to check in the back and speak with a manager to track it down. Even though it took a little time, they kept me informed and assured me they would look into it further and follow up. Later that same day, my mail was personally delivered right to my apartment door, which I truly appreciated. Everyone I interacted with was friendly, patient, and professional. The wait time was reasonable, and the level of care really stood out. I’m very grateful for their help and would definitely recommend this location. Thank you to the whole team for going the extra mile. I really appreciate it and wish you all the best.”
