It took a bit long, which was expected, and was given advanced notice when I dropped it off that it would take about 30 days.

“Can not say enough good things about this business. From the first phone call until the job was done everything was handled professionally and efficiently. I really have no complaints. Went in to have a spoiler fixed on my Toyota after it was damaged in a parking accident. Was given an appointment, met a representative there and he texted me throughout the process with updates on when the part arrived etc. When it came time to get it fixed, the whole thing was done within 30 minutes. No extra charges, no sale person trying to get me to buy something I didn't need and, most importantly, they treated me like I mattered. Highly recommend this DC business.”

i got sideswiped and immediately wanted to get it fixed. every other shops’ turnaround time was at least a week - 2 weeks was the longest. and my quotes started at $1800!??
i found VM on google in hopes of finding a place that would get this fixed with a decent time frame and at a reasonable price, and boy did i get lucky.
not only did Kimberly give me an UNBEATABLE estimate, she made sure i was booked to get my car fixed and finished within 3 days; thurs-saturday lunch. her and her team gave me my car back THAT FRIDAY!! a little over 24 hours later!!! they detailed the inside and the outside of my car without ask, and i was blown away. this will be the shop that i’ll be taking my car to when i need work to be done or a car clean.
