It took a bit long, which was expected, and was given advanced notice when I dropped it off that it would take about 30 days.
Looks like the damage never happened!!

“I recently brought my 2021 Mercedes-AMG GLE 53 to the German Service Center in Landover, Maryland, for major service and body work, and I am absolutely thrilled with the results. From the moment I arrived, the team, led by Biz, displayed exceptional professionalism and expertise.
Before coming to the German Service Center, I had taken my GLE 53 to another shop, where they were going to overcharge me significantly for the work needed. While price isn't the primary concern for me, the experience highlighted the importance of honesty and integrity in a service provider.

“I’ve been coming to this family-owned and operated shop for about three years now, and I can honestly say they’ve earned every bit of my trust. Before finding them, I searched through local military Facebook groups looking for reputable body shops—this place didn’t show up, but I decided to take a chance because I needed urgent repairs and Nissan was ready to charge me an arm and a leg.

“Guarani’s finished my bodywork very quickly and it looks beautiful. They went above and beyond and repaired scratches adjacent to the main damage that were not part of the insurance claim. I suspect the GEICO Express folks would have insisted that was an extra cost or claim.
Very friendly and efficient. Do be aware that they have a policy of not involving the insurance company if parts cost slightly more than quoted. This makes sense- especially if you have a deadline, because it can be a big delay. Also, they prefer checks and have you cover the processing fee (2%) if you use a credit card. Typical for these shops, but it’s good to be prepared.
I would absolutely use them again, especially if I were covering my own damage:)”
