“Our task was a little complicated; we had bought a platform queen size bed frame. When it was delivered, we found that the headboard was bigger than our stairwell. The delivery people could not figure out how to get it up so we contacted several moving companies in the hopes of finding someone. David at TPC Transportation came through for us. He rented a lift and brought it in through the upstairs window over the front porch. He and his partner did an exceptional job, going out of their way to contact several rental companies before finding a reasonable one. They wrapped the headboard so there was no damage and removed and put the windows back for us. We would highly recommend them for any move, but especially for those ones that need inventive solutions. They did great.”

“This is the ClubAcela lounge for Amtrak in Union Station in Washington D.C. where you can relax before, after or during stops on before, after your choo-choo trip. There are others in Boston, NYC, Philly, etc. and each one is unique and this one checks all my boxes. We've been here sveral times over the years and we always appreciate the service, comfort and amenities here. My honey was just there a few days ago, but my last layover was a few months ago. There was one trip when my sweetheart wasn't feeling well and she was able to stretch out on a couch which was a godsend. Coffee, tea, water, soft drinks and snacks are complimentary and there's lots of comfy chairs and couches throughout. I appreciate the ability to check in your bags so venturing out into the station is made easy. ClubAcela is available to Amtrak customers traveling in First Class or sleeping car accommodations, Single-Day Pass holders, Select Plus and Select Executive members can bring immediate family members traveling together, or one, non-family guest. Bottom line: It's convenienly located near the platforms so you can relax and enjoy the comfortable, quiet lounge seating, complimentary non-alcoholic beverages, snacks and free WiFi, it's a great place to chill between trains, recommended!!”

“Took Bus from White Marsh MTA park and ride to NYC (Hudson Yard) The Sunday at 8:30am left Baltimore about 15 minutes late. It was an empty bus so no problem sitting in our reserved seats. Ride was comfortable and only around 3.5 hours. Got in line at 5:30pm for the Monday 6:00pm bus and we were first in line. Again was empty bus so no problem getting good seats on top level. Bus left exactly at 6:00pm. We passed some folks waiving at the bus about half a block away who probably had tickets for our bus. Hopefully they were able to catch the next one. I was amazed it left exactly on time and glad we showed up early. There was a gentleman who was watching a show on his phone with no earplugs so everyone around him was being disturbed. The bus driver asked very nicely for him to put in earplugs or turn it down. He harshly talked back to the driver that he didn't have earplugs and it was low enough. It was obvious he was not going to cooperate. The bus driver let it go which I felt was the right decision. I put my earplugs in which helped drown it out. We arrived in Baltimore about 3.5 hours later. It was great that there was convenient parking in the back side of the lot so easy to head home afterwards.”

“I've searched long and hard for a dry cleaner who could actually CLEAN my items without damaging buttons, missing spots, or charging an arm and a leg. I went to this zips location on Saturday afternoon to drop off several items and was greeted instantly with great customer service. I was then impressed at how inexpensive my total for all the items I had were. The gentlemen who assisted me got me in and out in less than 5 mins. I went back this Monday to get my items, and although it was a bit of a line for pick up, they moved quickly to get everyone taken care of. When I got home to review my items, I could not believe the attention to detail they took. All my items were spotless, pressed amazingly and NONE of my buttons were damaged or broken. A jean jacket that I gave them that was pretty dirty initially, now looked BRAND NEW. So brand new I almost thought it was the wrong jacket, I forgot the original color LOL. There was one shirt that was cleaned but a spot could not be removed, but they made sure to place a note on the shirt indicating that they took extra care to clean the shirt but to avoid damaging it, they couldn't get it out. No biggie. I give this location 5 stars! Keep up the good work, customer service, and excellent prices! I Won't be going to any other dry cleaners going forward. Signed, new customer.”
“Hello, I've never had an issue of service or cleanliness of my clothes but it would be nice to have more than just one person working the register in the mornings. It's a peak time for persons who have to go to work but are stopped by just having one person at the register. Also it's an easy burnout for your employees.”
“Good weekend parking garage - about the only one in the area that is open on Sunday! We drove our small car, but could have easily fit our minivan into the large parking spaces it has. It was only $11 for all day parking on Sunday. The garage is open until midnight. It was self-park, and I did not have to give my keys to a parking attendant, so I knew it could not be moved or damaged by a parking attendant. Perfect experience.”

“Visiting from out of town and my first Zipcar experience in DC area. The instructions to find the car are pretty detailed. App makes it very easy to make reservations. I did have trouble booking a one way trip so ended doing a round trip instead. I also couldn't figure out how to give the car to valet since I had to lock it. Other than that, it was convenient, easy and gave me a car for a half day to run errands. Very helpful to have in the city”

“This was my first time using a laundry service, and I have to say that every staff member that I interacted with did such an amazing job with customer service and ensuring that everything I needed for my elderly disabled mother was taken care of. From the guys who took calls to the people who washed the clothes to the delivery man, all the customer service was top-notch notch and I would not hesitate to use them again or to recommend them to someone else. No odors, just clean smelling perfectly folded clothes. A little pricey but for that kind of experience I don't mind the costs.”
