Last night, Travis reminded me that there are still really good people in this world when he came to rescue my son who got a flat tire in Greencastle (2 1/2 hours away from home and halfway down to West Virginia) and couldn’t get the tire off to put the spare on. When Travis answered the phone, I think he could hear the panic in my voice and he headed right over to help. I can’t thank him enough for patching the tire and getting my son back on the road safely! If I could give 10 stars, I would! Thank you!!”

“The guys here are SOOO helpful and knowledgeable about so many aspects of automobiles. My door handle broke and they showed me which part to order. I then totally messed it up, trying to self install. They fixed what I broke and installed the handle correctly. The dealer would have charged 3 times what they did. And I got the part online for less than 1/2 of what the dealer wanted.”

“I just spoke with Doug at the Hagerstown office, with my concerns about my vehicle and what I didn’t need and he was very courteous and friendly. He reassured me that I had nothing to worry about and made me feel at ease. My experience So far had been very pleasant and I would recommend this shop to anyone I come in contact with. I dropped my car off 5 days ago and they’ve been very transparent about timing as well as the amount of work that needs to be done. I don’t remember the name of Lady at the front desk but she is awesome. Thank you crash champions. I will update once I get my vehicle with pictures of before and after.”

From the person that gave me an estimate to the office girls to include Tom Shockey himself. Everyone was very professional gave me, a estimate very quickly and scheduled my repair in a very timely manner. They did a beautiful job with the repairs. We also needed a camera recalibration on the vehicle's safety features, and while I was given a ballpark 3 hour wait time, I must have been lucky; because they were finished in less than 2 hours. Good people here. I would recommend this store.”
