Wades Point Inn on the Bay is a peaceful, relaxing, and magical historic inn. It is a hidden jewel, exquisitely charming and absolutely amazing, nestled within acres of bucolic farmland and walking trails and encircled by the magnificent Chesapeake Bay. The location and views are unbeatable, with plenty of activities on the property including a farm, trail, swimming dock, and numerous quiet porches, hammocks, and inviting places to sit. Every corner offers a spectacular view. The inn is well-appointed, super cozy, and comfortable. Guests can choose rooms in the unique main house or the newer, sound-proof building. The hospitality is wonderful, with sweet and kind managing people and staff who make visitors feel like they are coming home. The complimentary breakfasts are outstanding, tasty, delicious, and delish, featuring items like baked eggs with crab, omelettes, bacon, yogurt with fresh peaches, and lemon poppyseed muffins. It is the perfect getaway, a place of kindness, peace, generosity, and grace for a wonderful trip.
The staff is the best! Breakfast is fantastic and everything is clean and beautiful. I highly recommend this wonderful place.

We just checked in on the first floor of the Kemp building. The building mom is beautiful with a perfect sized deck right on the water. Very peaceful setting.
