“Nothing but positive things to say about Gary and his team. These guys treated me fairly and didn’t try to upsell me on anything else I didn’t need. I’ve been in to have work done 3 times over the past few months and each time it went well. All work was done when promised and at the original estimate. They quick to get you in, quick to diagnose and quick to get you out.
After my first experience I knew these guys were cool. The first time I took it in was right after I arrived in Md. I was hearing a loud clanking noise underneath and wasn’t sure what it was. Gary told me bring it in next morning and they would check it out. I did and the mechanic looked it over. He tightened up something that was loose and said you good to go. Gary didn’t even charge me. Who does that anymore? This issue cost them a little time and money but they helped me out in a pinch and I appreciated it.
Needless to say I had no reserves about bringing it back to them for my other two issues. I just don’t let anyone work on my old Lexus but they earned my trust. They are my first go to now.”
“Honestly a really good shop. I knew I’d eventually get a BMW and that I would need a good Indy shop. I’ve had them bookmarked for years and now that I got my first BMW it was time to use them.
Very happy with their prices. The techs are super knowledgeable and explain every little bit to you, you know you’re in good hands.
I had an issue that wasn’t able to be diagnosed but that’s because the noise wasn’t consistent enough for the shop to properly listen to. They tried their best and for that I appreciate it. They even gave it a second look without charging me.
If I ever need any repairs and for future maintenance, this will be my go to shop. I am very happy with them.”

“What a great experience. They fixed a dent on the fender of my F250. It was driving me crazy every time I saw it. It’s TOTY. Super easy and fast turnaround. When they walked me over to my truck, when I walked up and saw it, a star jumped off. They even washed the truck and detailed the wheels. I couldn’t have been happier. Thank you.”

“While visiting Baltimore for medical appointments, I ran into serious brake issues that left my 2015 F-150 undrivable and needing a tow to Al Packer Ford. What could have been a stressful situation turned into an outstanding customer service experience thanks to Rico and Matt.
From the moment I arrived, Rico greeted me with a handshake and treated me like a longtime customer—even though it was my first visit. They quickly arranged a loaner vehicle (a brand-new F-150 with just 8 miles on it), which made a huge difference during my stay.
Rico and Matt kept me informed every step of the way and handled a major repair involving brake lines, calipers, rotors, and pads on all four corners. The work was completed efficiently, the pricing was fair, and the level of communication and professionalism was far beyond what I expected.
Thanks to these two, I’ll absolutely be returning here for my next Ford purchase. Al Packer Ford is lucky to have Rico and Matt on their team.”
