“Nothing but positive things to say about Gary and his team. These guys treated me fairly and didn’t try to upsell me on anything else I didn’t need. I’ve been in to have work done 3 times over the past few months and each time it went well. All work was done when promised and at the original estimate. They quick to get you in, quick to diagnose and quick to get you out.
After my first experience I knew these guys were cool. The first time I took it in was right after I arrived in Md. I was hearing a loud clanking noise underneath and wasn’t sure what it was. Gary told me bring it in next morning and they would check it out. I did and the mechanic looked it over. He tightened up something that was loose and said you good to go. Gary didn’t even charge me. Who does that anymore? This issue cost them a little time and money but they helped me out in a pinch and I appreciated it.
Needless to say I had no reserves about bringing it back to them for my other two issues. I just don’t let anyone work on my old Lexus but they earned my trust. They are my first go to now.”
“Honestly a really good shop. I knew I’d eventually get a BMW and that I would need a good Indy shop. I’ve had them bookmarked for years and now that I got my first BMW it was time to use them.
Very happy with their prices. The techs are super knowledgeable and explain every little bit to you, you know you’re in good hands.
I had an issue that wasn’t able to be diagnosed but that’s because the noise wasn’t consistent enough for the shop to properly listen to. They tried their best and for that I appreciate it. They even gave it a second look without charging me.

“We were lucky to blow a tire 2 blocks from here at 6pm Saturday night on a holiday weekend. We were 1 1/2 hours of highway driving away from home so using our donut was not a good idea. They couldn’t have been nicer when we called. They helped us figure out our options and found a lightly used tire in our size on their lot. The whole process was great, I sent images over text and got a quote same day and scheduled it. Took about a week, but the work is flawless. The paint match is so spot on, you could never tell anything happened. Not only was the dent gone and paint spot-on, they washed and detailed it too.
