“I’ve been bringing my vehicles to this Jiffy Lube for about 5–6 years, and I can honestly say they have consistently provided great service. The entire team is always professional, helpful, and personable, but I especially want to recognize Miguel.
Every time I come in, Miguel has such a calm and reassuring demeanor. He takes the time to explain what’s going on, answers my questions, and always makes me feel like, “Don’t worry, I’ve got you.” Over the years, he has built a level of trust and rapport with me that I truly appreciate.
As a woman, finding a shop you trust to work on your vehicle is extremely important. I’ve had experiences elsewhere where I felt like I was being overcharged, sold things I didn’t necessarily need, or left without the actual problem being resolved. I have never felt that way with Miguel and his team. I trust them to be honest with me about what my car actually needs and what it doesn’t.
Today was another reminder of why I keep coming back. I brought my car in because of a noise and to have my brakes checked. Miguel and the team found the issue, explained it to me, took care of it, and replaced my rear brakes without any hassle. I left feeling completely at ease.
I’ve even tried other Jiffy Lube locations over the years simply because they were closer to where I lived, and I usually ended up wishing I had just come here in the first place. This location is no longer the closest one to me, but at this point, I don’t care. I’ll make the drive.
Great customer service is one thing, but having a place where you genuinely trust the people working on your vehicle is another. Miguel and his team have earned that trust from me over the years, and I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for honest, reliable service. Thank you, Miguel and team!”

I went to Barry's Service Center to get my newly purchased, used car checked out and Mark was extremely helpful. He was able to identify a few issues that needed immediate attention. “Been there several times with my own vehicle. Always happy with the level of customer service and work completed. But, they went out of their way to help a friend who was in town and had a breakdown the day prior to leaving. The guys are really caring and competent. Keep in mind when reading reviews about auto repair places that unexpected costs are not their fault. Sadly cars eventually have problems. You don't know exactly what you will find until research is completed. You can't control how long it will take to get specific parts. What I've found with these guys is they are honest and when possible suggest the least expensive option.”

“I can’t say enough good things about Cliff’s. Every-time something happens with mine or my daughter’s vehicle, up to and including a second opinion because another shop wouldn’t continue diagnosis, they are there with open arms and reasonable prices. They not only address the current issue but, look forward and bring to our attention other things that may become a problem so we can schedule to get it fixed. They make me and my daughter truly feel like family and always double check to make sure our vehicle is safe. We have had our vehicles at the dealerships and Cliff’s prices are always competitive. Any time someone is having car trouble my first response is “take it to Cliff’s”. To all the guys who work at Cliff’s I commend your honesty and integrity. In a fast changing world it can’t be easy to keep that up and I’m happy that you’re shop is there and appreciate each of you! Just to add the car had the transmission light come on and worse case it would have to be replaced. Their price beat others. The engine and transmission mounts needed to be replaced as well. The transmission was bad wires and replaced. Their price beat all others. The car runs like new! And I know they made sure to make it safe for my daughter and grandson.”

With me being an over road truck driver I didn’t have one now that I’m back home getting everything situated i’m glad I found a trustworthy mechanic. Cant just trust anyone with your vehicle”

“If I could give more than 5 stars I would! I wasn’t sure if I had a slow leak or just needed air. I called and spoke with the nicest lady who told me to bring my car down and they would look at it. Within minutes it was plugged. Everyone was so nice and welcoming! I can’t thank them enough for their help! Would highly recommend!!”
“My experience with this place was pretty much okay. Mary the receptionist was very pleasant and helpful. Mike was helpful and explained everything to me. The only problem I had is when I went to pick my car up the guy just parked my car in front of the lobby door and brought the keys. He never showed me the work that was done on my car or ask me anything he just left. I thought that was pretty rude of him.”

“I ran over a nail and my tire was losing air fast. I swung by the Mr Tire nearby, and they told me “sorry there’s 5 people ahead of you.” I came over here, and im glad i did! It’s a family-run place, and they got the nail out, tire patched up, and air put in the tire all in 5 minutes. Great service - will be back again (sadly i have bad luck with tires and nails).”

They're in an amazing location that's super convenient for when you have to go to the MVA and plenty of stuff nearby if you need something to do while they are working on your car.

“Took my flat tire to get a new one put on the rim and it was done within 10 minutes for $40. I put the new one on my car(stuck on side of road with flat) and so far so good! I plan on going back to get my others done as it's not to great to only replace one tire.”
