Waited way too long just to drop off a package and get receipt. They take their time for sure, they could easily have the person who’s taking most of their time wait 2 seconds so they can assist those that need just a receipt from an already labeled package. Better yet a system where you can scan your already packed and labeled package to get receipt.

This post office mishandles packages, lies to you about how they will handle your packages, and sends your packages off to a place completely different from where they promised. If I could give this post office a negative review I would. I am highly disappointed and disgusted with the employees at this office.
I had a package not get delivered and same day I went to the office in person and asked to have them redeliver the package. The man I spoke with took all my information down and PROMISED me that my package would get redelivered the next day. Not only did my package not get delivered but I checked the tracking to see they labeled it as “addressed not as address return to sender.” Now currently my package is gone for good. Thanks a lot.
Edit: I’m going the change my review only because when I called Monday morning I talked to the sweetest lady. The dude messed up and this is his fault and I will never get my package back but this lady talked to me so calmly and sweetly. The post office doesn’t deserve her.

Extremely friendly staff who are always willing to lend a helping hand! This office seems to also have a fair number of offerings outside of just mailing/shipping such as passport services, giftcards, packing supplies, etc.

Easily the best experience i’ve had at a post office. Needed to get my passport sort of last minute and Jennifer was there to assist me! Made the process easy & efficient while being super personable!!!

Great customer service. The staff is really nice and helpful. I got there just in time to mail a package with my 2 year old. It was difficult to write an address with a toddler but they were nice enough to wait for me and even gave a sticker to my toddler. Highly recommend ??

I haven't received a check and I been with the them since February the people are great but if you haven't been working for them for years and your new it will be terrible

This post office regularly loses mail and when confronted give political answers that place blame on the recipient. "Just contact the person who sent it to you." Is not an acceptable response when they paid money to have said mail piece delivered. Some things cannot just, "be sent again." Try harder USPS.

My problem is not the local post office. Its their whole system. Its Feb. 13th and I am still receiving Christmas cards post marked from way back in December. Actually the beginning of December.

My package was delivered a week ago and I haven't been able to get my package, I have a cluster mailbox and one of the boxes where you collect bigger boxes doesn't open so I left a note asking them to move it to the other because that one is broken and never opens. They put it in my mail slot where the BOX was too big to come out. Left another not apologizing for the inconvenience but I still couldn't get the box out because now it's stuck and asked them to put in the box that wasn't broken and even put its number on it just so there want any confusion. But they put in the broken one and I still haven't gotten my package
