“I reached out here for differential service, and they let me know that unfortunately they do not do diff service anymore. They also let me know that my car requires a special diff fluid that is difficult to find, and expensive—
But Les is a super nice guy, and he had a gallon of it hanging around the garage and he gave it to me for free and pointed me in the right direction of a place who could service my car with the fluid, saving me a lot of money! And he got nothing out of it other than my gratitude.

“Broke down on the side of 160 with an overheating car. Called the roadside assistance offered through my car insurance. Said they'd send someone out. 15 minutes later they say I'm out of their network and to have a nice day.Quick Google and found this place. They had a tow truck out to me within the hour. Towed me back to their shop. Unfortunately they couldn't get the part (water pump) til the next day.They gave me a ride to and from the Comfort Inn nearby, as well as explained the situation and got me a later check out. Ended up needing a little extra work done, but all was at a super reasonable price. Car was done by early afternoon.Excellent service all around. Being stranded out of town was unpleasant but they made the process as easy as it could have been. Thank you!”

“We were travelling from the northern VA area to Oklahoma for a big bass tournament when all of a sudden we started loosing air pressure in one of our truck tires. Stopped and tried to fix it ourselves with a plug to no avail. We called around and the first 3 shops we contacted were either too busy or just plain rude. Then we found Smitty's, which was only 8 miles away. We arrived and were immediately put into a bay. We didn't even have to unhook the boat which was a plus. Four Smitty's employees went to town on our tire. This is some of the best customer service and professionalism I have ever experienced. We were even asked if we wanted the spare put back up under the truck. They dismounted the tire, plugged it with a patch/plug from the inside, mounted and balanced the tire, and then put it back on, tightening the lug nuts to the proper torque values (actually used a torque wrench). We were on our way back down the road for Oklahoma whithin what had to be less than 30 minutes. Oustanding service and the price was way less than expected. If you ever have any tire issues while traveling down I-64, definitely give these guys/gals a call.”
