My sales advisor aka the Showroom Specialist, Andy, was amazing and made me feel welcome from the moment I walked in until I signed all of my documents. He took the time to make sure all of my questions were answered and that I had everything I needed to feel confident in my decision.
This experience was completely different from one I had at another Mercedes dealership, where my car was hit by a tow truck during my first service visit. After that, every interaction there felt frustrating and disappointing. Because of that, I was honestly nervous going into this process again.

I believe they provide honest and thorough diagnosis and repairs. My most recent issue was a transmission slippage while on the highway. While the onboard computer showed no issues, they researched Acura documentation and found a technical bulletin advising a software update may be required for my car. It worked!! “I have been going to Lockett’s for a couple of years doing some major maintenance (100k tune up) and other standard car maintenance and brakes. Always honest and they stand by their work. Recently had a water pump replaced as it was going bad. After bringing the car home, there was a coolant leak near the repair. An o-ring caused it and Lockett fixed it immediately. Things like this happen and it’s the overall integrity that’s important.

I regularly take our family’s vehicles to the MIDAS Shop in Ellicott City (MD) for a needed oil/filter change. I do so, because each time I find the need to make an appointment, I’m appreciative and impressed with the professionalism and welcoming demeanor of the management and employees.
A shout out to store manager “Dana,” as well as “Scott,” who took my initial call, scheduled the work, and processed payment. Both are welcoming, courteous, and friendly to their customers, but then so are the remaining employees with whom I’ve interacted while one of our vehicles was being serviced.
In a recent visit, I no sooner left our Lexus SC430 off at the shop, walked to our home nearby, when I received a call from the store manager, saying the vehicle was ready. I find the staff to be honest and dependable. The level of their work is always one of quality, and the work performed is done in a timely manner.
Given the seemingly poor performance of many companies today, it is a unique pleasure to do business with an auto service company that looks out for your vehicle and your best interest, a company that, in my view, has been unfailingly reliable, prompt, and fair.
These are great people, and I highly recommend Ellicott City MIDAS to anyone looking for excellent service, fairness, and efficiency.”

“Caught a flat tire this morning on the highway on my way to work. Called roadside and requested a tow since i didnt have a spare tire. E W auto shop was one of the options of where i could get my car towed to. I immediately went on google because this place is close to my job and most places around this area look shady.
