I initially called to ask about changing my beneficiary - spoke to Cheryl, who was very polite and helpful. She was also the first person I spoke to upon entering the bank. What a refreshing change, I didn't feel like I was being quizzed - but rather being asked questions so that she could find the right person to help me. She also remembered our phone conversation - and knew my name.
I waited less than 2 minutes and Demi, a Relationship Banker invited me in to her office. She was able to quickly take care of my request and was not only thorough, but genuinely interested in helping me. What a pleasant interaction with a true professional.

“I kind of feel a little safer using this ATM, especially if I go into Wendy's right after withdrawals (gives you a better chance to check your surroundings). It is also within the Exxon gas station and Quick Stop, so it is a busy place.Fairly easy in/easy out from Washington Blvd or Dorsey Rd.”

“I went to create new account for checking in with filling out own bank accounts with money from deposits in savings account and then starting my business with budgeting monthly bills on control bank accounts so that my money would go towards the bank balance is going into the checking account balance is there withdrawal accounts that some people have to paid off bills and working with direct deposited accounts are good earnings account is benefit account balance is good but the company does a good job money saving accounts.”
