I initially called to ask about changing my beneficiary - spoke to Cheryl, who was very polite and helpful. She was also the first person I spoke to upon entering the bank. What a refreshing change, I didn't feel like I was being quizzed - but rather being asked questions so that she could find the right person to help me. She also remembered our phone conversation - and knew my name. I waited less than 2 minutes and Demi, a Relationship Banker invited me in to her office. She was able to quickly take care of my request and was not only thorough, but genuinely interested in helping me. What a pleasant interaction with a true professional. THANK YOU Bowie Branch!
