Anthony, an Amazing store rep. Not only assisted me with my purchase, but he accurately described why Hoka would bet fit my situation. He insisted I tried on my shoe of choice. “Stay Away from, Patrick B******, *****, Clothes CallWe had water and sewage damage and unknown to us **** Insurance, Agent **** ******** hired this thief knowing that Patrick B****** also an **** commercial policy holder and his coverage had expired. He stole all of our shoes, clothes etc evening dresses were never worn still with store tags attached to them. Patrick B****** forged my husband and my initials indicating we were satisfied with their work and **** was aware and paid him over $10,229.62. Patrick is a thief such that the check was made payable to one of his many businesses, ** ******** *************, located in Ill. ***** ******* ***********. We hired an attorney and they requested that Patrick B****** provide them his insurance information and luckily enough on our behalf he willingly filed a claim and a claim number was provided to us. At the time we called ******** Insurance with the claim number he had provided to our attorneys we were told that an adjuster would be getting back to us within two business days. The adjuster called and indicated that they were investigating the claim and his response was not encourging so we conducted our own investigation and learned that Patrick allegedly had a fire and submitted our personal property inventory list to receive over $700,000.00 from ******** Insurance. When we discovered that he had been paid for our damages that he reported we were told that "the insured, decided not to file a claim and the insurance company cannot tell their insured who to pay."I am filing this complaint to help others and with this information I'm hoping that you'll take the next step to hold, ***** and Patrick B***** accountable. ***** was acquired by ***** ******* and is authorized to transport personal household possessions. USDOT#******, *********** ***** ***** *******, **** ******* **** ***** * Crofton, MD 21114household goods motor interstate carrier to transport Personal Household Goods. Go online do your research”
“I had them service my garage door due to a problem with the emergency sensors. They fixed the problem in minutes and also showed me how to fix it in the future. They also serviced the door and motor, which they charge a flat rate of $150 for. Sensor alignment is part of the price. They were friendly, professional, and showed up on time (qualities that seem to be in decline).”
“The staff is very friendly . They don't have children's clothes. But the deals are insane there's an extra 60% off clearance which is really good being as it's outlet pricing already . It's in arunde mills mall near the old navy entrance.”

Store has a large quantity of jackets yet not enough t-shirts, polos or pants. Sale items are rare as well in comparison to other of their retail stores.”

Great deals and BOGO's. I used to shop here all the time when working daily in office setting, I look forward to spending more time here for quality items, great prices and steller customer service.”

“HUGE shoutout to Melissa and Xach (district manager) at the Annapolis Mall store. My friend's daughter needed to replace her prom dress and the store didn't have her size nor could we order it online. The team quickly jumped into action and found the dress at a store in VA. Xach was going to pick the dress for us, but he came up with a solution to have the dress shipped to the store instead. I can't thank them all enough for saving the day for my friend's daughter who LOVED that dress. Thank you all for doing your job and making the customer #1, you don't see that often these days. “My first time shopping here was 9 years ago. Since then, this store changed locations in the mall to the main section. They are still well organized and stocked with many different styles.The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. Also eater to assist and answer questions. They also monitor the fitting rooms very well so you don’t need to seek them out to unlock a door.There is a nice clearance area in the rear but these aren’t necessarily super discounted but sometimes just returns or online purchases.”

“I was actually wandering around the airport, in search of a restaurant! The displays this store has, caught my eye! I had to go in and check out the inventory. I ended up purchasing an outfit and some souvenirs. The POS system was lightning fast and the CSR was very friendly. The layout of the store made it wash to actually navigate and not have to spend time, in between flights, looking for what you want. And the pricing wasn't too far off from what you'd find in your local mall.”
