“My son just started boxing lessons here. He absolutely loves it, I have not seen him take to something so quickly as I have with boxing. I know that the coach, the atmosphere, and the other people in his training class are largely responsible for that. The gym is clean and well laid out, the staff I've met thus far have been so welcoming. I'm very glad we found them.”

“I am very pleased with this gym. Everything is clean, people are nice. The class instructors are great. There are many opportunities for classes. The price is pretty comparable to Golds or LA (I have the corporate membership) but it's closer to me and has more classes that suit me and my husband. The pool and it's classes are the best around. The clientele tends to skew older, but that's great! I'm inspired every time I go! I like it much better than GG which I was a member of for YEARS. I'm so glad I made the switch. PS....pickleball is so fun and you can play it here too!”
