“I had my car at a shop down the street where they told me I needed to replace both of my rear wheel bearings and quoteed me over $2000 for the job on my Ford Escape. I called Independent just to get a quote, and not only did they quote me around $500 less at the high end, but once I brought the car in they found I only needed ONE bearing replaced. They let me know a few other things to take care of with up front pricing, and with no pressure whatsoever.
Calling Independent ensured I kept $1000+ in my pocket. Cheers to their honest business policies.”

“This Jiffy Lube location is great. This is not my normal location but I was in the area and needed my tire looked at because the air pressure was extremely low. The employees were very helpful and friendly. They were quickly able to locate the issue and fixed it immediately. The cap on my tire was missing and they gave me a new one. I definitely recommend this Jiffy Lube location.”
“Just came in to get a full diagnosis done on a car I bought. Very friendly staff and as I waited for my car, it took less an hour to complete. Full paperwork was given and explained. I would definitely give them a chance if you need to get professional people working on your car. I will use them again for any work my three cars may need.”

“I've been going to this location for years, never waited more than 15 min for my oil change. In fact, the morning of a long trip I get the oil changed. It's a highly efficient team of technicians and the Manager is actually present in the pit working alongside the team and engaging with customers to ensure their questions are answered and ancillary vehicle issues are addressed.
Update 9.2026: 4 years later...still going strong with the consistent service, my 10th year with this location !!!”

“I was able to come in super early and drop my car off before work, and then pick it up after! Inspection complete, and they had called to see if I wanted to have my oil changed since it was clearly time! Very convenient! They even let me know if another issue my car was having, but instead of trying to sell me on doing it here, they said I should be able to go get it taken care of under warranty. Very helpful and nice guys, will be back”
