“I had an excellent experience with Auto Sense Auto Services in Millersville, MD. On Tuesday, November 18, 2025, I called about a tire repair after rolling over a nail and spoke with Hailey. She immediately advised me to drop off my car and assured me they’d work on it as soon as possible.
Since it was too cold to walk home, Hailey offered their transport service for customers within a 10‑mile radius — which worked out perfectly. I dropped my car off around 10:15 a.m., completed a little paperwork, and their driver courteously drove me home. By 3:15 p.m., Hailey called to let me know my car was ready and arranged for the driver to pick me up.
The driver was professional and polite, the prices were very reasonable, and the entire staff treated me like family. My car ran perfectly after the repair, and the tire was fixed without issue. To my surprise, Hailey even included a coffee mug, a Yankee Candle air freshener, and placed my keys on their personalized keychain — such a thoughtful touch!
If you ever need auto service in the Millersville or Glen Burnie area, I highly recommend Auto Sense Auto Services.”

“Great experience getting a tow with these guys. I was driving a bus to a shop for engine repairs, and experienced a mechanical problem while I was on I-695 that prevented me from continuing. I called All Duty Repairs to get a tow the rest of the way to the shop (about six miles away), and they were there pretty quickly and took good care of me, towing my bus the rest of the way to the shop and setting it down right where it needed to be. If I have another breakdown in the Baltimore area again, they're the people that I will call.”

“I ordered a new mustang steering wheel from them for my 73 mustang had no issues with delivery everything looked great but the steering wheel they sent me is for a jeep not mustang I contacted them about it hopefully we can get this fixed with no issues. If we can get this fixed I’d give them 5 stars. They got it fixed with no issues and no additional payment from me. I would definitely buy more things from them”
