When it was time to pick up my vehicle , I did not have to wait because the service center opens at 7:30am which is extremely convenient.”

Unfortunately, it turns out, I truly needed additional work done, in retrospect, but I maintain trust in what’s truly needed and it’ll be a little longer before my car is completely done. I know, however, that when the second issue is completed, my car will be 100% corrected! ;)
The prior note was from earlier service. I was back with another issue, now….it’s an older car…and Denise, in the service department was exceptional! I happen to have an extended warranty and one of the costly items was in dispute. Because a still photo was not conclusive if a warranted service, Denise provided the extended warranty company with more than one video that showed the needed parts and service should be covered and coverage was granted, saving me quite a bit. Infiniti of Towson has always gone the extra mile for me when my car would not! ;)”

“They did a fantastic job on my 2024 F150. I was a little nervous, trying a new body shop, but they were able to get me scheduled for repairs within a week of my initial contact to them. The place my insurance company initially recommended was out almost 2 months. The entire process was smooth as can be. I received my truck exactly 2 weeks after dropping it off, which is the expectation they set initially. I’m very pleased with their services and will certainly use again if I need to.”

I had a very tight timeline to complete the work, and not only did they do a great job with the paint and bumper, they also took the time to clean my car inside and out and get her looking almost new. “My car was in September 24th, I took my car to AutoNation Collision. I spoke to Jim Adams, absolutely a phenomenal gentleman. Very polite, professional goes above and Beyond. Mr. Adams then referred me to Joe. Joe insured me that everything will be fixed properly and in a timely matter. Joe would either call or email with any updates to my vehicle. Joe went above and beyond to make sure my new 2024 Telluride was looking like it drove off the showcase floor! This collision center is the best around! You will not be disappointed from the time you get greeted at the front door until the time you leave with your car! Jasmine at the front desk is so kind and polite and always smiling!!!!! “We had some car trouble on our way home from ocmd heading to PA. We found this place, thanks to an employee at the AIM industries down the street, after pulling in praying we would find some help somewhere because we could not get back on the highway. We are so thankful for Scott and the time he took to help diagnose what was wrong with our car. I truly believe that good deeds like this do not go unseen! I hope it will come back around and he will be blessed as well!!! He was very kind, honest and knowledgeable! We would highly recommend this auto shop!”

“I personally had the best experience at Bill Kidd's when I finally decided it was time to take the months of online research into the dealerships. I will be honest, I spent time at Lexus, BMW, Jeep and another Toyota dealer in the Owing Mills area, test driving cars and asking lots of questions and I can't say enough about the positive experience I had at Bill Kidd's. Huge shout out to Carlos who was incredibly helpful with discussing all the ins/outs, pros/cons, trim options + other add-ons etc. and did not try the 'hard sell' AT ALL which I loved. It was an incredibly pleasant experience over the 2 days I spent test driving, talking, researching more, etc. before finally deciding I had the right car and dealership. He was very responsive to additional questions (over phone and text), and helped me get an even better deal than the already heavily discounted one offered (end of month is the way to go at dealerships!). Shout out to Frank too for talking through all the warrant options, add-ons and again - providing sound logic/rationale and letting me make the decisions - no pressure whatsoever on an already stressful situation.
Overall, I'm very happy with Carlos and the team and love my new Sequoia; rides like a dream for a full-size SUV (way better than Lexus GX550 from suspension/handling POV), has plenty of space (much roomier than the X7 and can actually get to 3rd row without folding 2nd row - a must with car seats/small kids) and feels way more lux than the Lexus TX/Grand Highlander inside. Do yourself a favor and give Carlos a call if you're interested in a new Toyota, I will be going back here in the future!”

“Do not service your vehicles at this dealership. They charged more than $500 for simple oil change for front rear differentials. Service manager is rude and mistreats minority customers. A detailed cost estimate was prepared showing overcharge of $344.99 on this job. Estimate and supporting references were sent to the dealership, however they did not reply. Complaint was filed to the MD attorney general's office, on this highway robbery. General manager contacted latter to inform me, they will not settle this issue with me and will deal with the attorney general's office on this complaint. Attorney general office was not abled to mediate on this issue, they reported, dealership has declined to cooperate with them.”

“Awesome company! I order a lot of parts for my Iron and Oak log splitters through them. Website is very user friendly and easy to navigate for parts purchases. Always have the parts in stock and for a great price. Foard’s has got me out of a lot of jams when I needed something. Shipping prices are reasonable and very fast to my location in New York. Highly recommend!”
