“We recently built a new home and have a customer owned propane tank for our gas fireplace. We use it for supplemental heat and it was getting low. When calling suppliers for quotes I was amazed with the pricing and customer service provided by Great Valley. Julie immediately set us up with a will call account and our tank was filled within 2 days just before an upcoming cold weekend! Hopefully subsequent refills go just as smoothly as this one.”

“Very difficult getting delivery after many phone calls, chats, etc. But delivery itself was fine. We are long term customers and except for the fact that we don't seem to get delivery on the date we are told, we are satisfied.”

“Good grief. These reviews are ridiculous. It's a gas station. First of all the comment regarding no public restroom simply isn't true. Perhaps it was at some point, but there are public restrooms. Second of all they are building a new larger highs kitchen... So there should soon be even more options for food and beverage as well as more restrooms.I have never had an issue with customer service. I'm not saying the service here is amazing, but I feel the need to try to balance out the comments on the old reviews that paint the picture that everyone that works at this location is terrible at their jobs.”
