“Such a well organized store. Staff was helpful in picking out a pair of pants. I chose the Icon Pant in Kangaroo. The staff member told me their top selling pants are ABR Pro Pant, 5.11 Stryke Pant and Icon Pant. I had so much fun looking around. I added some photos of the pants I purchased. The first photo is of an security button that keeps your pants from accidentally popping open. The second picture is of the ripstop material.”

They have a very nice line of clothes for both men/ women and the store are always well “up-kept” even during high traffic flow. “I have shopped at Lands' End the catalogue for years and have never been disappointed. Their service is great and their return policy is even better. I had a very old winter jacket(about 2 years or so) that I never got to wear because the zipper broke on it. It happened to be the second jacket I had this happen to so I thought I was going to have to pay for a new jacket. Not only did they pay shipping back, they were having a sale so I bought a new jacket with free shipping on this. I sent the old jacket back that had the broken zipper which they paid shipping on and they sent me the full price of the jacket on a gift card since I never got to use it. I also got free shipping both ways again and a new jacket on sale. Thank you, Stacy G”

“I was in the store today and was pleasantly surprised at the cute items they had on sale. Yes it is a bit overpriced, but no more so than similar styles found at Anthropologie. I would have to agree with the lack of customer service, though. Although I was greeted by the three girls at the register, one sitting up on the counter and another on her phone, that was it. I never saw them interact with anyone who was browsing in the store, and when I went back to the dressing room to try something on no one ever came to open a door for me. I do have to give them five stars for entertainment though. The three had no problem talking loudly enough for all to hear. They were creating a Yelp account so that they could leave positive reviews. I loved hearing one give the other a hard time that "Olivia Sails" didn't sound like a real name LOL! If you're going to leave fake reviews, perhaps be a little more discrete about it. Four stars for the merchandise though.”
“Here's MY Theory: Nothing's ever NOT on sale. That's it... I said it. But for reals... Theory is always sending me emails being like "Right now: 70 percent off of practically everything in our store!" Well... it's like 70 percent off like 10 percent of things. And that 10 percent of things is originally priced at like 400 dollars. So most all of their clothes there I would say go for in between 100-350 dollars. It's not cheap. THAT SAID! A few years ago I went to buy a light jacket and I stumbled into Theory for the first time. I saw this rack that was marked at 80 percent off, and there was this beautiful black jacket on it that I ended up buying. It was the most I've ever spent on a jacket... up until this most recent visit 0.0 BUT! It is easily my favorite jacket, the quality is TOP notch, and it has held up like an absolute champ for all those years with no real serious signs of wear. I believe in the products. Which is why when I was looking for a nice winter coat, one of my first stops was Theory. Luckily... they were having their Black Friday sale... which means I ended up with this BOMB winter coat that has down in it. It is so incredibly comfortable, warm, and you can tell is constructed expertly. I also ended up with this cute little bomber style jacket and a sweater. The saleswoman there were as helpful and friendly as can be. Because it was their Black Friday sale, and SO much of the store was marked at deeper discounts than it's already pretty deep discounts, I spent an inordinate amount of time in that store trying SO many things on. I felt the need to joke to the saleswoman that I'm probably gonna spend so much time in the store that the shifts are gonna change (it was 10:30 in the morning for some context). There was this one absolutely stunning wool coat that I put on and ALMOST bought, but with how much money I was already spending on the other stuff, I really displayed the most meager amount of will power ever displayed by a human being and put it back on the rack. Even though the saleswoman were super nice and were telling me how good I look in it, and don't worry, I agreed. I just couldn't justify that purchase at that time. So... I'll probably go back tomorrow before the sale ends... I mean... if it happens on two separate days... it doesn't count right? Ugh... that coat was so nice. Like stop. Just stop.”

“Visited here for the first time and wanted to check it out some stuff I needed.
It similar with Ross store, there's alot of different stuff you can find but some shelves are empty.
They have clearance section in the middle of the store and price is really good.
Clothing is cheaper than Walmart, Definitely.
Cashier is only one serving and 7 people lining up but it didn't take so long.
I will still give 5 stars, they're trying to keep the store nice and still worth to visit.”
