“Jiffy Lube, in my mind, was just a profit-driven shop to get a quick oil change and get back on the road. The team at the Mount Airy location has completely changed my mindset! Their service technicians are fast, friendly, and knowledgeable in their craft. Today, I requested a brake service and the on-staff advisor, Doug, came to show and explain to me not only why the $600+ service wasn’t necessary, but why my vehicle was showing the symptoms that lead me to request this service in the first place and applied his knowledge to fix the issue and get me out the door just about as fast as I came in without charging me a dime for his time and effort. This isn’t my first time here, and it certainly isn’t the last. Every visit I have had here further strengthens my opinion that very honest, very good people are working here; this Jiffy Lube is doing something right.”

“My daughter purchase a 2023 ford Bronco from Mount Air Ford. This was one of the best buying experience I have witnessed in a long time. Her sales person (Alex) was very knowledgeable of all the features of the Bronco. He let my daughter take her time never pressure her. Alex stayed with her the entire time and never turn her over to someone else to close the deal.Her finances person(Colin) was extremely friendly with no pressure in purchasing in other options. “Great, honest and fast service. I went in to get my brakes checked out and they quickly told me they were still good and were about to send me on my way. Since I was already there and appreciated their honesty and efficiency,bo elected to get an oil change, since I needed one. The cost of the oil change included a tire rotation. I was out of there less than an hour. I really commend this location and their staff for their honesty, integrity and friendliness. I appreciate they saved me time and money and they have gained my trust. I will be back for other auto repairs and maintenance.”

“The least tidy of the LKQ pick your part yards in MD, still decently run with the simple, transparent and efficient LKQ system. There's a port-a-john and a so-so working station to wash your hands when done and in a hot day you might get a free water from one of the guys running a bulldozer in the yard.”
