“I’ve been to Patapsco Bicycles a few times now, and I honestly can’t say enough good things about Eric. He is just a kind, honest person who clearly cares about what he does.
The last time I was in, it was because the chain on my son’s bike had broken. Eric fixed it, but he did so much more than that. He took the time to talk to my son and taught him exactly how to do a 15-second safety check every time he gets on the bike. He even told him that if he has to come back for repairs because he didn't take care of it, he won't be charging me… he'll be charging my son and expecting labor as payment!
