I had a great experience with Lilian, Denis, Ángel, and Ana. They sold me a phone and the whole process was quick and easy. Plus, they have great taste in music, which made the wait enjoyable. I highly recommend them for their friendliness and excellent service!!!!

This location offers deplorable and hostile customer service. It is truly disgraceful, and I question whether the corporate office is aware of the situation at this store. Two employees, particularly the younger Spanish-speaking lady, are the primary source of the problem. There is a complete lack of professionalism in customer service.
When I sought assistance at another location, I was surprised to hear others complaining about the same store's disrespectful treatment of customers. It is vital that the corporate office is informed about the situation at this location.
I am sure the fact they have more sales than other locations around the area might also account for the reason by moral and business ethics and professionalism is under looked.

Hi my name is,Olakanmi Olabisi I made $63 payment online on the 2nd 2024 to and cricket sent message to my phone that they received my payment, to my surprise my line was cut off this morning so I went to new Carrollton outlet this morning to make complaints and the two ladies I met there were just to rude to me and my sister her name is,Lillian. I told them I have paid $63 online I showed them I screenshort the payment and cricket sent me message I went ahead to show them that cricket had taken the money from bank account yet they refused that I must pay another $68 please kindly look into what happened and why I have to pay another money twice.
