I came to Cricket store in New Carrollton on June 10th 2023.I met Lily who is one of the Associates. She took very care of me in selling me a new phone.She was very wonderful, quite and very friendly.I like her, because,She is so talented indeed.

Luis is an incredibly nice guy. I went to this location last Sunday and received Excellent service. Been to other cricket locations and this is with no doubt by far the best customer service experience. Super friendly and helpful. You can tell he genuinely cares about the customers.
