“Little Acorn pharmacy is a breath of fresh air in a world of chain pharmacies. They go above and beyond to help their customers, are communicative, responsive, respectful, and so helpful. When my child got an epi-pen filled for the first time, the pharmacist came over and made sure we knew how to use it. There are never long waits, or lines, and you won’t be put on hold forever if you need to call. They also do compounded medications and have a drive thru!”

“I never thought I would leave a review for a pharmacy, but I had a fantastic experience at Grubb's. I had a tricky prescription to fulfill and had gone to a bunch of other pharmacies who were unhelpful, but Grubb's came through and were friendly and prompt in doing so. Plus, they've got a big selection of cool products in store--organic toiletries, local gifts, etc. Not to mention, I feel good supporting a small independent pharmacy instead of one of the big chains. Grubb's isn't even in my neighborhood but I'd definitely go there again!”

“The best pharmacy in the greater Laurel area with compounding services onsite by very knowledgeable pharmacists that own and care about service and customers. There is a lot of competition in the pharmacy business with many big chains, but none come close to the service given by the owner and his staff. Other pharmacies often wait until the fill date to make sure the medication is in stock, but Main Street Rx ensure they have it. Other pharmacies rotate staff so often you see a new face every visit and seem to use the pharmacy to get other retail business. Main Street Pharmacy has medication, both by prescription and over the counter and little else. They focus on their core business and do it well. They are well worth the trip if you want knowledgeable friendly staff that go out of their way to provide excellent service with no waiting around or phone tag.”

“I never thought I'd be writing a review for a pharmacy, but this one is really good! The first time I used them, my doctor called in a prescription. Before I had even left the doctor's parking lot, Avalon called me to talk about the prescription and to tell me they were starting to fill it already. (Super fast!). I was able to pick it up on my way home. On another visit, I was able to get medication filled while I waited. They are also stocked with other medical-related supplies as well. “This was my first time visiting Harris Teeter. I have driven by many times, but I never shopped here. Recently, I was in the area shopping elsewhere, so I stopped in. It was an impromptu visit, so I did not purchase much. I really wanted to look around and select a few items while doing so. At first glance, the organization, flow and cleanliness of the produce department captured my attention. All of the produce presented nicely and it looked fresh. The prices appeared a little high for some items, but as the adage says, "You get what you pay for". I purchased mostly produce. The navel oranges and pink grapefruit were huge. They were also deliciously sweet and juicy. Before going to the checkout area, I moved along to other areas of the store and found consistency with the level of cleanliness. I ended the visit in the area with health supplements. In my opinion, the selection was relatively extensive for a grocery store. I was able to find what I needed and then walked to the checkout lane. Many of the items purchased were either on sale or discounted with the store's rewards member card. Since this was my first visit, I did not have a card, so the cashier used the complimentary store card. She informed me that I could sign up for a card at the customer service desk. The checkout process was fast. Finally, I walked over to the customer service desk to apply for a store card. The customer service supervisor/manager was nice. While processing the card, she made friendly, small talk, which was pleasant. The reward's card process seemed a little extensive unlike many other stores, but it was fine. Overall, I had a good shopping experience here and I will definitely return.”
