I recently made multiple trips to this location while trying to match a difficult paint, and during this struggle, Tim L. from the paint department went out of his way to match my paint by looking at the samples I brought in and the pictures on my phone. At one point he even said, "I want to help you get this right". Being from Atlanta, I have been going to Home Depot all my life, and this was by far the best costumer service interaction I have ever had at this company. “This is THE BEST place to take care of your flooring needs! I have known the owner for over 16 years and he has faithfully always helped me with every flooring issue I could have, to referring me to people who could help me when he could not. For example, I needed a vacuum and he helped me get one that fit my family's needs with pets and asthma. I needed flooring basement that was waterproofing, I needed carpets that shagged, I needed carpets for school, I needed my carpets cleaned from all kinds of disasters, basement flooding, etc. He sent my mom who is a senior there and instead of worrying she will be ripped off, I'm assured he will take care of her. Rare guy, in the best possible way, which leads to great service. Carpet and flooring fiascos can be really stressful! He takes the stress away. For sure make sure this place is one of your estimates. Sometimes it's not about price but quality of service and peace of mind.”

The filter I ordered is 12" but my vacuum supports 11". Honest mistake on my part. I reached out twice to their support via email and never got a response but they called me recently to ask I mail back the part for a refund and they'll look into the model I need. Key is to call and not email. Thank you!”

“Brothers Sew & Vac at 3317 Connecticut Ave., NW, between Macomb and Ordway Sts., is where I have been taking my 2000-2001 Miele vacuum cleaner for repair for almost 5-7 years. They’re great. The nicest guy works there, Assane (pronounced like Hassan without the H), and he does much of the repair work himself. I was last in there in 2019, and I remembered how great he was the last time. It’s not cheap getting my Miele vacuum repaired, but they do a great job and know their business. Check them out.”

“We just purchased a washer/dryer from Germaine at the Blair Rd location. Germaine was a pleasure to work with. We had his full attention and he was knowledgable about all the different washer/dryer combos. He was an absolute pleasure to work with and helped us to select a w/d combo that would fit in our tight laundry room and was available for immediately delivery..Today Lucas and Marc (of the M&M installation dept) came to install the W/D. Once again, we were incredibly impressed with their professionalism, knowledge and attention to detail. They are in an amazing team! They were in and out in no time at all and gave us a much better set up than we had originally! Cannot say enough good things about them!We'll definitely be back to M&M!”

“We were shopping for ceiling fans for a new construction house. Jane Broomall helped us out and provided excellent customer service. The online capabilities helped a lot and made everything smoother and easier. Jane worked hard to find us what we needed at a good price. When we ordered, the price on the invoice was higher for some items than the price quoted, and when I pointed this out, Jane successfully got us a refund for the difference. I would definitely use Ferguson's again!”

Came in with a pretty niche product need that the local Home Depot did not have in stock. Without skipping a beat, John walked right over to the shelf, pulled down a box and handed me the EXACT part. “I cannot say enough about Earnest Ndifang, the Manager at Ferguson Supply in Silver Spring. My Dad’s Expansion Tank was leaking and it needed to be replaced ASAP. It’s Friday afternoon at 3:45 - Ferguson closes at 4:00… I’m on 495 in heavy traffic. I called the shop and explained to the gentleman who answered the phone the situation. He assured me that I needed to drive safely and that he would wait for my arrival! How grateful I was to receive his kindness and understanding.
