The staff are clueless and need to be reminded on basic tasks for patients. Not comforting if your loved ones here.

Here is a photo of our mom's nails today. They don't shower her, her hair is dirty, her room is dirty, unclean, carpet is dirty. This place is 15k a month!!!! Their vaccination rate is only 70%. How about they offer an incentive for people getting vaccinations. This place neglects patients! Keep your loved ones at home!!!
