“Logan Hardware is the best hardware store in the country. Period. You will not find a more helpful or more organized staff anywhere else. Also, their inventory is extensive; they always have exactly what I need for anything, home improvement or otherwise. Need lightbulbs? Logan's got em. Need 72 mason jars? Logan. Need a crisp soda on a hot day? Yes, you guessed it, Logan Hardware has it all. My wife teases me about how excited I get whenever I make plans to pay Logan Hardware a visit, but how can you not get excited with such an incredible place!?”
“I feel lucky to have such a nice hardware store in the neighborhood. The staff are friendly, so knowledgeable, and it feels like they’re really invested in my issue/experience. In bigger stores, I’m often walking around for ages trying to find someone to help me. And when I do find someone in the bigger stores, they don’t have much experience with the products so I end up trying to navigate many options with no guidance. I feel confident in my selections and the value of the products I’m purchasing after visiting McLean Hardware.”
“The level of customer service here is excellent. I have a retrofitted grooming van with all kinds of custom hoses and fittings. One of them broke and I had a major leak. I explained my problem to Mike and he was able to retrofit a toilet supply line, a hose barb, and clamps to create what I needed. He cut and fitted everything on the spot. I will be coming here for all my hardware needs in the future.”
“I’ve purchased a ton of paint from this Benjamin Moore and It’s always been a great experience. Their customer service is top-notch and a huge shout out to John in particular! The street was recently blocked off and I had purchased over 20 gallons of paint to pick up. I was able to find parking a few blocks away and John loaded them up in a cart and brought them directly to my car and helped me load them up. Now that is Outstanding customer service and it truly made my day.”

“This is a small neighborhood hardware store but they keep an impressive array of hardware, tools, paint, garden, and "lifestyle" items for most DIY projects. Where the big box stores are geared to accommodate contractors, Annie's aims for the individual and their residence. Staff is always friendly, the store is well staffed for their size so there's always someone available for questions or assistance. I really appreciate a hardware store that can still operate in the neighborhood without leveling 15 acres. Factoring in my time and general frustration with large box stores, the prices for a quick trip down the street are competitive with other options.”

It took two guys 30 Mins to pry it open for me using bars and wrenches . And they did it all with a great attitude. This place and team are the absolute best .”

“I couldn't match up a replacement hose and fittings online, gave Colliflower a try. Gabe was able to make 2 replacement hose assemblies and have me on my way in less than 10 minutes. Way better quality than the OEMs and reasonably priced. Really happy to find this place.”
“Harbor Freight is what it is: adequate tools at cheap prices. Retired mechanic who had over $60k in tools and box speaking here, so I might know a thing or two about tools. However, you just can't beat the prices for tools that will get the job done around the house, but they definitely aren't for professional/heavy-duty use. There are plenty of videos and stories online of their impact sockets literally exploding, so foretold is forewarned. BTW, Home Depot and Lowes tools aren't much better and are much more expensive regarding hand tools.”

“Excellent service at this location in Gaithersburg! Dealt mainly with Santiago and Fernando, excellent reps of this establishment. I utilized TW Perry for a deck project, using them for roughly 90% of my materials and they were extremely professional. There were a few snags during the process, but both Santiago and Fernando made them right! It was a lot of materials that were ordered so small hiccups like missing parts (very small ones) and damaged items (most likely in transit) are to be expected. They credited me for the damages and even gave me the missing pieces, without giving me any grief. A++ I highly recommend this location, looking forward to my next project using them and will absolutely be referring people word of mouth style. Thank you Santiago and Fernando, you guys are awesome!”

“I wanted to update my review with more positive feedback. I hadn't used my mower for years and decided to start mowing my lawn again this year and took the mower in to be service. They did a great and timely job and had it ready for me when promised. It's been running great.
I purchased my electric mower here a few years ago and I'm extremely pleased with it. It's easy to charge and reliable. The charge is more than enough for me to mow both my front and back yards. The only service I need is to have the blade sharpened. They're honest and reasonable. I highly recommend Commercial Mower Depot!”
“We were shopping for ceiling fans for a new construction house. Jane Broomall helped us out and provided excellent customer service. The online capabilities helped a lot and made everything smoother and easier. Jane worked hard to find us what we needed at a good price. When we ordered, the price on the invoice was higher for some items than the price quoted, and when I pointed this out, Jane successfully got us a refund for the difference. I would definitely use Ferguson's again!”
