“I am very happy to review Minuteman Press located at 1020 19th St. NW, Lower LL50, Washinton D.C. 20036. I am the Board Secretary for a nonprofit in California, and we had an employee in DC that needed informational cards printed. I looked printers up in that area and after talking to a couple of places that couldn't help me, I called Minuteman Press and explained what we needed. Not only were they happy and willing to help me, but they were also able to get what we wanted/needed completed the next day!! We didn't know what to expect about the price but were pleasantly surprised!! If you are someone from out of town who needs printing done or even if you are from that area, please go to Minuteman Press on 19th street ... I promise you will not be disappointed!! Thank you, Minuteman Press, for doing a great job, and making it easy for me who doesn't usually deal with printing material and knows nothing about it .... you made it comfortable and explained things and very patient with me!! you guys are awesome!! “This is long overdue. I was on a work trip and last minute noticed I needed access to printing for marketing collateral books. Although they’d already closed for the day, Leslie Klein reopens to let me in and print my collateral. She was so sweet, beyond generous, and didn’t even make me feel I had inconvenienced her. Her husband also came to pick Leslie up with their pup. And we all just got to know each other while working together. Honestly, it’s the warmest interaction I’ve had with stranger in a long time. We even hugged goodbye lol. THANK YOU LESLIE!!!”

“Excellent service! Went there a couple of times in the past few weeks to get documents notarized. They have multiple notaries on site from 9 am through 6 pm (save for lunch break), which is rare. Costs $5 per signature.
Prompt, professional, and no fuss involved. Highly recommended!”
“Tabatha is a star employee at this store. I watched her multitask, greet customers while being extremely pleasant, help customers, and still manage the staff. She was a one woman machine who basically worked the entire store by herself, even though there was another employee nearby. She alone has earned all five of these stars.
However on 11/7 at about 10:15, I was “helped” by someone who clearly did not want to help me. He wouldn’t even stand up to scam my QR code to ship my items back to Amazon. I had a heavy object strapped to my back, it would have been nice if he would have been thoughtful enough to just stand up to scan my code instead of prompting me to reach. I even asked him if he could just stand to scan the code and he just continued sitting. I’m sure you have this on camera and can see for yourself. This is the service I usually get. ?”

“I live in Houston and had a package that needed collecting from just down the street from this UPS Store in Washington DC. I spoke with the manager (Janiya) who did me a HUGE favour and actually went down the street and collected the box during her off hours and then took it back to the store to affix my shipping label. Service like this is just so rare these days. Cannot say enough nice things here.”

“The UPS Store in London turned my “how on earth do I ship electronics to NYC?” panic into a smooth, smile-filled experience. The staff were super friendly and helpful—though I’ll admit their charming British accents briefly made me wonder if I was in a high-end period drama about parcel delivery. They handled my shipment like it was the crown jewels, packing everything securely and walking me through the process with patience (and tea-worthy politeness). Prices were fair, service was quick, and I left grinning. If you ever need to ship something overseas from London, these folks will treat your package—and you—right. Brilliant!”

Shipping items can be a bit of a pain but the team in this store always takes of everything, from packing to getting you the best shipping rates for your needs. And everyone is friendly, funny, and helpful without ever being solicitous or scripted. Just genuine great service.”
