They have some nice selections, but there were a few things I saw online that weren't displayed in the store. The customer service also leaves a lot to be desired. Everyone spoke, but nobody really tried to assist us. Overall, it was a lackluster in store experience, but I may still buy what I saw online.

Arhaus has beautiful furniture but the sleep sofa we were interested in was much more expensive than what we needed for occasional guests.
