“Look, this is honestly a mixed review as we had issues with defective merchandise. A few key employees made the difference and made the experience tolerable while being kind and pleasant. Specifically Kari and her manager, they handled a difficult situation with understanding and support. At the end of the day they made the situation right and we are thankful for that.”
“The experience and product are excellent. Lazy Boy is a bit pricey, but if you catch a sale so much the better. The build quality is excellent. I got a High leg recliner, which does not look like a recliner when closed. The salesman was very helpful and patient while I chose a custom fabric. The chair was delivered well before the estimated delivery date. It is a very comfortable chair and I will be enjoying it for years.”
“Didier Jean , DJ, is very knowledgeable and very helpful. My design task was difficult and he was able to create several viable options that were very nice options. He was attentive and patient, it took over an hour to finish the visit. The showroom is gorgeous with many modern, fresh ceramics, porcelains and marble. Do not hesitate to request DJ or visit this upscale showroom at Floor and Decor. Apparently there are only 4 in the United States and we are lucky to have one here in the DMV. I drove over from Georgetown- well worth it for this free design consult”

“We recently had blinds installed and ran into a mix-up with room labeling and installation instructions, which caused some initial confusion on site.
What really stood out was how quickly the team responded once the issue was raised. Michael, the owner, personally came out within an hour of the email being sent to ensure everything was addressed and resolved. He was also very knowledgable about all the products i purchased and persoanlly helped set everything up and then walked aroudn to make sure everything was installed properly. The responsiveness and commitment to fixing the problem immediately made a big impression.
The remaining items are already being scheduled for completion, and overall the installed blinds look fantastic. Despite the hiccup, the level of service and accountability turned the experience into a very positive one. I would confidently recommend them for both product quality and customer service.”

“This is my favorite shop- there’s new trinkets and decor every time I stop by and I love all the many many animals I’ve purchase here. (Porcelain Rooster, turkey made of vegetables, chicken, sheep, bunny, crab, deer - too many to name) and not so secret hot tip but they have the most fun holiday decor in town.”
“I purchased a dining set on installment, which the store processed without any complicated paperwork. That part was convenient. The showroom experience was decent, though a bit crowded on the weekend. Staff explained payment plans clearly and didn’t pressure me into upgrading. Delivery took five days and everything arrived in good condition. One chair had a slight wobble, but they fixed it during installation. I appreciate that they handled after-sales service properly even though I chose a budget-friendly option instead of premium items.”

“Beautiful Couch/Excellent Customer Service
I rarely post reviews however recently we purchased and received a beautiful couch from Cantoni. Along the way there was a snag with the order. The store manager Luca and our sales agent Will did everything possible to ensure that we received the couch as originally ordered within the timeframe needed. Their efforts were far reaching and as much as any customer can hope for when resolving an issue. Today we received on time the couch we originally ordered and it has exceeded our expectations. The Gaithersburg location is a popular store and is at times picked over and can be difficult to find enough matching quantity of items such as bowls, mugs, or towels.”
“We were shopping for a leather sofa and chair to replace very old furniture. The salesperson was very helpful, answering our questions, explaining everything very clearly. The furniture was delivered when and as she had said it would be. We are very happy with the service, the help with making choices, the quality of the furniture and the look of the new furniture in our home.”

“One of the most beautiful alleys in Washington, D.C. is steeped in history. A historic alley home to warehouses, stables, workshops, and alley homes, the alley is now Georgetown's Design District with local and national brands and a popular cafe. The cobblestone still paves the alley and many of its buildings have remnants of the past. Can you find the two horse statues on one of its buildings? It's also a great alley to plan spot as airplanes land at nearby National Airport.”
