After having an extremely difficult time trying to do a phone upgrade online and becoming increasingly frustrated, I went into the North East AT&T store. Daniel was extremely helpful and helped me to complete the process in minutes (compared to the hours I spent trying online). Highly recommend going into the store!

Alex is awesome!!! Tbh he should be running AT&T. When I was in there, he was helping me and two different people all at the same time. Very friendly and enthusiastic and also very knowledgeable.
