“Went in last night Saturday 11/22/2025. Wish I would’ve got the workers name. Young guy. I was having a terrible issue with my charging port. I thought for sure I’d be paying for a new phone. Dude went above and beyond to clean the entire thing out and it’s working perfectly now. I typically wouldn’t go out of my way to write a review but this dude definitely deserves it. The manager there needs to recognize what a great worker you’ve got.”

“This is my first time visiting this particular Metro store. I met Chuckie and Kevin who are among the best metro representatives I have ever worked with!!! Chuckie took his time with me and even let me know some things with my account that needed to be updated that no one had ever informed me about. He was knowledgeable about the services and the products and he was extremely personable even showing me his own phone with the fubotv app that we had been talking about. Kevin was great as well; he took his time setting up my new tablets and answering all my questions. We live closer to two different Metro stores, but both my husband and I feel that we would make the extra trip just to come and see Chuckie and Kevin and get some of their great customer service every time!!! If any managers are reading this review, please know you have two gems in Chuckie and Kevin - so give my homeboys a raise already ?!! Seriously though if I could give more than five stars for this visit I definitely would!! I encourage anyone who is an existing or prospective Metro customer to come into the Northeast store and check these guys out!! You won't regret it!!!”
