“Went for nephews 7th birthday party on Labor Day weekend (the 30th, Sat.) we had the entire arena to ourselves. They provided a giant bouncy house and a separate room with tables for the cake, food and gifts. They allowed us to have a outside entertainment company (a Nerf gun place) come in for the major theme of the party and also we provided all food, drinks and cake from other places and we was able to do all the decorations in the party room provided. It was clean and staff was great!”

“Best gym In cecil county, in fact, it's the best gym.I've been to. Everything you need for every single muscle is in this gym! From free weights, to some awesome old school machines, to newer style machines, plus the number one rated personal trainer in cecil county. It's also the number one rated gym by cecil county, so i'm not the only one who feels this way.
The community in this gym is incredible, it feels like a family. The gym is very clean and tidy. All are welcome, including those of us who carry gallon jugs of water, wear stringers, and grunt when we workout! I have seen some incredible transformations take place in this gym including with myself, Jos will not let you give up.”
