“This is my favorite consignment shop!! Not only will I find great deals and unique pieces…I find community. Each time I visit, I make a new shopping buddy, which makes it feel like I came in with my best friend.
Classic Consignments by KYS is a luxury shopping experience catering to the community. I absolutely adore the staff, they are so kind and have a great eye for fashion. They pick out some incredible pieces that I initially overlooked…LUXURY. I mean a personal stylist that knows the pieces in this well organized treasure chest…LUXURY.

“This goes out to the Rosedale K&G. This location is absolutely amazing with it comes to customer service. Let me tell you it was crunch time trying to find accessories for my daughter's home coming. 3 stores before K&G my baby was in tears couldn't find anything. Then we met Michael Tighman. It wasn't even his dept. He completely went beyond the extra mile. He didn't find exactly what she wanted HOWEVER what he presented to my daughter was way better than what she was looking for. “I stopped by here during the week to look for some items. The store was very neat and organized and everyone in the store was very attentive. The customer service was great. The cashier, rayne, was extraordinarily polite. I had a large order and it was close to closing. But she did not make me feel rushed and she was not at all annoyed by the order or matching the current online sale. She was extremely pleasant. I am very happy with this store and would recommend it to anyone. They have a nice selection and everyone who was working in the store when I was there seemed very friendly and attentive.”

“My experience at Spencers, inside the White Marsh Mall is always very nice and pleasant. The store manager and staff are always very warm, and welcoming as soon as I come into the store. They're always asking if you need help with anything while shopping. Recently I had a little concern or issue with my purchase and refund/exchange but the store manager went above and beyond to explain to me my charges when I thought I was being overcharged. She was so patient and understanding when assisting me. She never once got mad or thought that I was irrational and even sympathized with me. I love this Spencers store and will always be their number one customer especially because they have the best graphic tees, dope BOGO sales and the best adult naughty products as well. ?”

Received help from an amazing sales associate named Jasmina (hope I spelled it right) First time in a long time I’ve had to sales associate who I felt actually wanted to do their job. “I recently went into the H&M at White Marsh mall to exchange a pair of pants for my son. I had bought them in NC while visiting family, so I was not sure if my store would have them. While they did have the item, unfortunately it was not in the correct color or size needed. The sales associate was extremely helpful and even went out of her way to check the inventory that just came in. Turns out she was the store manager named Tianna. Even though they didn’t have the item there, she gave me suggestions on when to check back and even helped me look online. She went above and beyond to help me and was extremely kind throughout my time in the store. I really just wanted to give her a shoutout as customer service in so many stores nowadays is seriously lacking! Tianna, you deserve recognition for not only being great at your job, but for being a great person in general!”

“I have no business in a mall. Seriously I don't. I'm trying to cut back; however, in an effort to help out le boo, I found myself there. Anywho, I came in through the food court. The tables were spread out for the purpose of social distancing. It wasn't too crowded, and all of the people were wearing masks. I noticed that some of the open stores had capacity limits to ensure safety of others. Additionally, I noticed that some of the stores had barriers between staff and customers in the check out areas. Even if I don't think I need to be shopping, it isn't too bad at White Marsh.”
