I went in for piercings and just to look around and she showed me where the piercings I was looking for were and explained gage sizes to me and asked if I wanted to look at prices! “I recently went into the H&M at White Marsh mall to exchange a pair of pants for my son. I had bought them in NC while visiting family, so I was not sure if my store would have them. While they did have the item, unfortunately it was not in the correct color or size needed. The sales associate was extremely helpful and even went out of her way to check the inventory that just came in. Turns out she was the store manager named Tianna. Even though they didn’t have the item there, she gave me suggestions on when to check back and even helped me look online. She went above and beyond to help me and was extremely kind throughout my time in the store. I really just wanted to give her a shoutout as customer service in so many stores nowadays is seriously lacking! Tianna, you deserve recognition for not only being great at your job, but for being a great person in general!”
“I have no business in a mall. Seriously I don't. I'm trying to cut back; however, in an effort to help out le boo, I found myself there. Anywho, I came in through the food court. The tables were spread out for the purpose of social distancing. It wasn't too crowded, and all of the people were wearing masks. I noticed that some of the open stores had capacity limits to ensure safety of others. Additionally, I noticed that some of the stores had barriers between staff and customers in the check out areas. Even if I don't think I need to be shopping, it isn't too bad at White Marsh.”
“I stopped by here during the week to look for some items. The store was very neat and organized and everyone in the store was very attentive. The customer service was great. The cashier, rayne, was extraordinarily polite. I had a large order and it was close to closing. But she did not make me feel rushed and she was not at all annoyed by the order or matching the current online sale. She was extremely pleasant. I am very happy with this store and would recommend it to anyone. They have a nice selection and everyone who was working in the store when I was there seemed very friendly and attentive.”

She was able to order my jeans and get them shipped to my home after doing everything in her power to even locate my order. She offered everything possible to resolve my issue. “A company with an outstanding marketing spokeman in Bob!This company has great quality products with a good selections of styles, colors and cuts.Their shirt brand sells in fitted (slim cut shirts) as well as modern ( full body cut shirts).It's a wholesales establishment doing business to business sales only.However, their logo, FormalShirts, stands out. If retail customers want their shirts from this company, consumer customers could simply request FormalShirts products from their retailers and they in turn would be able to get their shirts for them.I find FormalShirts products very durable and lasting. The stitchings of their shirts hold up to many washes and wear.The price is reasonable consider the quality of the products.”
