We CANNOT wait for the finished items! They pulled our ideas from our heads and knew what would work. Run, don't walk, to meet these guys at their beautiful showroom in Mt. Vernon. The have gorgeous off the rack clothing and can probably design any item of clothing you have in mind.”

“I stopped by here during the week to look for some items. The store was very neat and organized and everyone in the store was very attentive. The customer service was great. The cashier, rayne, was extraordinarily polite. I had a large order and it was close to closing. But she did not make me feel rushed and she was not at all annoyed by the order or matching the current online sale. She was extremely pleasant. I am very happy with this store and would recommend it to anyone. They have a nice selection and everyone who was working in the store when I was there seemed very friendly and attentive.”
“I had a pleasant shopping experience at this store. That was until I realized I had lost my grandmother’s earring in the changing room. I called and spoke with Jessica. She moved everything around and found it. The earring is not worth a lot, but it was a gift from my grandmother before she died. The customer service I got from Jessica was unbelievable. “Nathalie and her niece (Anita) are just among the kindest, professional, and lovely ladies. I initially was going to my pre-made appointment at Bella Bridesmaid’s Baltimore shop only to be turned down by the Elite’s Bridal owner (who is also the manager of Bella) after phone calls and emails with no notification that this store doesn’t do wedding gowns measurements (“her staff is not trained to do meticulate measurements”).I walked past Nathalie’s shop and thought to just drop by and explain my situation of being let down by Bella, and immediately she said she will help me. She did above and beyond with precise details. Grateful that one (shop) door closed and the other much kinder one opens. Thank you Nathalie and Anita!”
“I recently went into the H&M at White Marsh mall to exchange a pair of pants for my son. I had bought them in NC while visiting family, so I was not sure if my store would have them. While they did have the item, unfortunately it was not in the correct color or size needed. The sales associate was extremely helpful and even went out of her way to check the inventory that just came in. Turns out she was the store manager named Tianna. Even though they didn’t have the item there, she gave me suggestions on when to check back and even helped me look online. She went above and beyond to help me and was extremely kind throughout my time in the store. I really just wanted to give her a shoutout as customer service in so many stores nowadays is seriously lacking! Tianna, you deserve recognition for not only being great at your job, but for being a great person in general!”
“Haven’t shopped Old Navy in years, saw a really good deal they were doing online was lucky to see the same deals applied in store. Received help from an amazing sales associate named Jasmina (hope I spelled it right) First time in a long time I’ve had to sales associate who I felt actually wanted to do their job. Won't know how the tailoring job comes out until I pick it up on the March 23rd. Review will come afterwards. But you want a good fit don't hesitate to see Marty he will hook you up.”

“typically well stocked and clean with fitting rooms available. there is often a long line for checkout and it's pretty common for certain areas to lose organization to such an extent that it inhibits shopping. but overall just a decent place to shop.”

“Very nice store, lots of space. Store associates are more off in the background, only approach you when they see you wondering for a little. Stock wise, they have some good selections, but not a wide variety of colors/styles/sizes. It's worth going if you want to window shop and find something you like. Parking is in a retail garage across the street. Free on weekends I believe.”
