“I had an excellent experience at Micro Center thanks to Caleb. From the moment he helped me, he was professional, friendly, and genuinely seemed to care about making sure I understood my options. He thoroughly explained the different protection plans and service options available for my purchase without making me feel pressured. He took the time to answer all of my questions, making it easy to choose the plan that best fit my needs. What really stood out was Caleb's positive attitude. He kept a smile on his face throughout the entire interaction and made the experience enjoyable. Great customer service like this is hard to find, and it definitely deserves recognition. If you're shopping at Micro Center, I highly recommend asking for Caleb if he's available. He made my visit a great one, and I'll definitely be coming back.”

“Want to look at it washing machine and dryer there’s no one in the area that could help me until 2 o’clock. The guy doesn’t charge that department only works four hours a day. I need some help in there.”
