“Want to look at it washing machine and dryer there’s no one in the area that could help me until 2 o’clock. The guy doesn’t charge that department only works four hours a day. I need some help in there.”
“I went to the Verizon store at this location Sunday, August 2, a little before noon. I needed to select a new iPhone. I am no longer a Verizon customer, however since the Apple Store in Towson closed I to look at the phones at the store.
I was met at the door by a friendly gentleman, whose name was Damian. I was upfront and told him I was no longer a Verizon customer however I needed to look at the phones. He said that was fine and directed me to where they were pointing out different options in each of the latest models. I was concerned with the weight and size and he was even sweet enough to let me hold his which was one of the latest models. All of this only took about 10 minutes. He did not try to persuade me to come back however he did ask why I left Verizon.
Just wanted to give a shout out to Damian for good service and being a decent human being and helping me out. Thanks Damian!!”

“always a pleasure shopping here. fresh coffee, good selection of hot bar items. clean and well stocked store. the cashiers, especially the morning staff, are helpful and friendly.”
“It's a ginormous store. The employees are super helpful and attentive, and do a great job at keeping such a large location well-stocked and clean. It's pretty reasonable in most of its prices. The only issue I have with this store is that, sometimes, they only have two or three people working the register during busier hours, leading to insane lines. That's really my only gripe here... the staff themselves are awesome.”
