Sam at the Whitemarsh Mall footlocker is awesome. I called the store searching for a particular shoe and she searched for it and held them until I arrived. When I arrived she greeted me and had them ready. She was so pleasant along with the rest of the staff.

Normally receive great customer care here. Employees are attentive and ready to help. It has a nice collection as well. Store frequently has good deals.

Customer service is great, that being said this footlocker should expand and get some more stock of pairs that people want. This store has very limited stock of popular pairs, and probably has the worst sneaker selection out of any footlocker in Maryland outside of arundel mills.
