They have a large sign outside that says “fios is here” but they won’t actually help with any fios account questions and will instead tell you it’s a separate company and you need to either go to a different store or call the support number. Not the friendliest.

I am going to avoid this store in the future. It took them an hour or so to add a new line to an existing phone. That is fine because there were some issues with the device being older. I told them to only activate the line, and to not disconnect my husband’s number. For some reason, his line was being displayed on the wrong device. They said they wouldn’t. When I was heading home, my husband found that his line was disconnected. I had to call the support line to have the number reconnected. Go to another location.

They were refurbishing, redecorating store when I stopped in about phone plans. Rep I spoke to was knowledgeable and helpful although he was handicapped by the disruption going on in store.

This store is the worst. Bad customer service!! For almost an hour I had to spend there I watched one after another customers be treated horribly. I asked for a iPhone 15 256 they sold me a 15 ,128 then wouldn’t exchange it. Even after it was their “miss up” they wanted me to pay a restocking fee for their mistake. Avoid this place. Go online

Lost my phone today. I panicked. Went to this location. Told them my situation. Took my information. Said I had to call the insurance because my phone wasn't paid for. Okay. My issue is the person or persons could care less. No compassion at all. This person was to busy on their cell phone. I know it was my issue but there was no consideration at all. Do not go here. Awfully customer service

I was on the phone with call in support for 37 mins and they couldn't solve my issue. But Damion, at this store location was able to fix the problem within minutes. He was professional and knowledgable. Thanks for the help!

Wow! What a dumpster fire….
Stopped in to pick up phone via expedited in-store pick up. Waited a half hour to be acknowledged and checked in due to staff flirting with one another, and putzing about. Exchanged lemon device for replacement - was informed they’d charge $30’to turn on new phone and verify functionality. No receipt or proof of exchange was given, so I’m currently fighting for refunds on that device…. Horrible experience from top to bottom, but this location is absolute garbage.

Horrible customer service. I visited this location to exchange a Gizmo watch (3rd watch in 3 days - 1st one, the screen stopped working after 1 day, 2nd one I was given the wrong version that didn't have a camera). I was told I couldn't exchange it at this location because I did the exchange at the York Rd location. They said the York Rd location is a third party owned Verizon and they couldn't help me. They also insisted that I'd need to pay a $50 restocking fee because I opened the box, only to realize I received the wrong watch. The Verizon person was rude and confrontational. I left extremely aggravated. I went to the York Rd location, who told me both locations are Verizon Corporate - not a third party like White Marsh lied to me and said. York Rd location was able to exchange without a restocking fee. York Rd location was very helpful. I won't return to White Marsh.

Worst corporate store experience I've ever had. Store Manager was a complete tool. Had a rep trying to sneak things in on my quote and include insurance AFTER I said no then told me i can just cancel extras after 30 days. Asked to speak to a district manager and was told she was "out" ans they don't know when she will be back. This place didn't used to be like this the people cared and knew what they were talking about, now I can't even find a manager who has a clue, bunch of amateurs with attitudes. Save yourself the waste of time and go to ANY other corporate store besides this one.

The customer service person named Dameon or whatever the young caucasian guys name is was completely unprofessional. Not only was he patronizing, but he also decided to play a very immature prank that I did not find humorous at all. I've been a loyal customer for years, and after my experience today inside of the store, I was reminded of why I don't go to brick and mortars. this young man certainly needs to be retrained on how to conduct himself on a professional level when dealing with the public or let go entirely to spare the rest of the public from his nonsense
