Warren helped my wife & I yesterday. He was absolutely amazing. Walked through all of our options we ended up with new iPhones, added a line for our oldest daughter & got the brand new Apple Watch! You don’t typically expect to be blown away by customer service but I was with my visit here! Carlita (apologies if I’m misspelling her name) was welcoming, genuine, and super helpful! She single-handedly resolved an issue that two other Verizon stores in the area (Timonium and Towson) were unable/unwilling to address and for that, I’m very grateful. She deserves a raise! Would gladly come here again for service and support issue.

Worst Verizon store I’ve ever been to. The employees are rude and don’t give care about their customers. They have terrible attitudes and are just grumpy and rude. The person I dealt with this previous time I went is Ray and he acted like my issue wasn’t his problem and it was apple’s even thought the Timonium Verizon was able to help me with my issue. I have dealt with ray other times as well and each time he was the same. Other employees here are rude as well, not just Ray. I wish I could give it zero stars

They need a line so you can speak to a actual person who works in the store so we can get a manager on the phone because i don’t know what kind of place they are running and what mental patients they have working there thinking they can yell at people and get in their face and put their hands on customers but they need a lesson in life and its needs to be fixed now

I cracked my phone and was able to get a new one painlessly. ALL my questions were acknowledged and answered. ( I am the queen of questions).Ray, John, and Mike are awesome. Really every employee at this verizon store delivers quality friendly service. While I was there, I observed them doing this not only with me but with every customer who walked through the door. By far, the best Verizon store I have ever been to! Even though Verizon's prices are higher, I would choose Verizon because they deliver on customer service and make you feel valued as a customer. ?

Alright, so, I have been a Verizon customer for over 15 years and have never been treated as rudely as I was today by Ray - one of the store’s specialists.My husband bought me a phone for my birthday and deactivated the iPhone 11. I went to the store to sell the phone back. Now, I’ve never done that before so was unsure of the process. After I explained my situation and what I wanted to do, Ray got very frustrated with me after his short explanation (that I had to trade in) when I told him again that I just wanted to sell it and not trade it in because I already had a new phone.Instead of explaining it to me (like the manager I waited for did, that they don’t offer buy back - only trade in or account credit) he exhaled loudly, got a frustrated attitude and very rude tone and said “You’re just going to have to trade it in.” Without giving me a choice or further explanation to clarify my misunderstanding. His attitude and demeanor was disrespectful and belittling.Customer service is about being kind and sometimes having to explain things different ways. As an obviously heavily pregnant cancer patient, Ray could have and should have been more patient, and kinder as what is the minimum standard for customer service. My interaction with Ray was below sub-par, and I or my family won’t be coming back to this store location.Save yourself from experiencing blatant disrespect and travel to a different location.

I wish I could give this location ZERO stars ! The staff here are rude with horrible attitudes and could care less about your concerns ! Damian and Regina are both horrible and both need to be trained on how to provide exceptional customer service to customers. I been a customer with Verizon for over 6 years and the way they treated me in this store was insane ! I went 4 days without a phone in a whole different country because nobody would listen to me to understand what was going on with my phone ! Instead they argued with me and told me to leave the store ! They kept giving me the run around for 4 whole days. I see why they keep security in there because they need it if they're going to treat paying customers the way they do ! I also witnessed a young man come into the store and was asking for help with his phone and they were very rude to him as well (Regina specifically) ! He also left with an unresolved issue. This place really is a joke ! Horrible experience !

I don't know about their services but their door to door sales people are either stupid or rude. I have no soliciting signs on my door and one of them defines it in case they have no clue what it means. They were ringing my doorbell and knocking hard on my door yelling hello , witch I saw on my camera. When I got home from work they knocked again almost 8 at night. They said theu can't read the signs because they were dyslexic trying to be funny but if theu qoke my grandson up it wouldn't be funny at all . Stop sending these salespeople to houses that clearly state no soliciting!

I went to this store after another store couldn't help me. Zach was helpful and was able to fix the issue I was having. I was in and out within 20 minutes.

Customer service is terrible and the representatives are inconsistent with their own policies like they make up the rules. If you have a problem with any of your devices even when being polite, they treat the problem like an inconvenience on them. Magically though when you want to buy their services, they are all cheery and want to help.

I came in on 8/4 to activate my new Fold 5 that came in the mail. They were very rude and nonchalant stating I couldn't activate the phone until it's 8/11 start date. I went home and called tech support. They told me what the store said was a lie and they activated my new phone for me. Very rude and horrible customer service.

Mr. William Barnes was a wonderful help. He walked myself and my daughter through all the plans that would benefit us with the trade in process. He was so charming, I happily applied for a Verizon credit card. Then Mr. Barnes proceeded to show us MORE ways how the Verizon credit card would benefit my cellar and home plans(auto pay, Disney+, Hulu, ESPN). KUDOS to Verizon for such an informative employee on the floor. Mr. Williams Barnes, you rock and thank you.
