And they always answer any questions you have about any prescription you have filled or any questions pertaining to non over the counter items. “When I switched with Gregg's about 4 years ago, I came from CVS. Gregg's Pharmacy is the fastest, the most courteous, and most of all, they are hometown people. They know my scripts by my name. When I need a refill, depending on the time of day, it is generally filled that day. I get an email that tells me when it is ready for pickup and my copay cost. I have stayed with them even when my PPO and Tricare were pushing on me to do mail order. I wouldn't even think of moving. They understand your prescriptions and will answer your questions. The Associates that work the "floor" are the same. They know you by your name. You have to verify your name when getting your scrips, but that is the law. They still know you when you walk in the door. The best experience for anyone that needs prescriptions.”
