I understand 2 banks are merging but they have the worst customer service in a bank I've ever seen. While cashing a third party check, only customer, none of the 5 employees seemed to really want to help me. After seeming confused 2 employees pasted my check between them.

Voice messaging sucks. When prompted to enter acct.#, it cuts you off and cycles back to re enter your SS# last four digits. Finally got an agent, and it was faint. When I asked her if she could turn her volume up some, she said to callback, and hung up. This after a 20 minute wait to speak to them. Will NEVER use them... read full comment

No way to call branch? Recorded message saying they are helping other customers. Cannot hold or leave a message.
We’re temporarily adjusting services available at our local branches to help maintain the health and safety of our clients and teammates. This includes providing teller services through drive-thru lanes only, in-person visits by appointment only, and select branch closures. Some branches without drive-thru lanes will remain open with enhanced sanitization measures.
