“I was so impressed with Nealey Tire & Auto Repair.
The first reason was because when I called Kenny got me in on the same day.
But Sam, really made my day by getting the car checked from bumper to bumper.
See I had to get my Mercedes Benz a new battery and get the computer reset.
Nealey's was able to do it cheaper than a Mercedes Benz dealership would have charged me.
Plus Sam kept in contact with me all day today.
See they had to check my alternator to see if that was the problem.
I'm sure another shop would have charged me for an alternator.
But NOT SAM.
HE WAS HONEST ABOUT THE ALTERNATOR BEING IN GOOD SHAPE.
SO IT TOOK LESS THAN 24 HRS TO GET MY CAR BACK, WHICH REALLY MADE ME HAPPY!!!
IT TOOK LONGER THAN EXPECTED BECAUSE I DIDN'T GET MY CAR TOWED UP THERE UNTIL AFTER 3PM.
AND THEY CLOSE AT 5:30.
SO I HIGHLY SUGGEST NEALEY's Tire & Auto Repair and ask for Sam”
“Trusting my daughter's recommendation to take my care for service at BM Auto, I did so this morning. My interior and door lights weren't working, nor was my cigarette lighter for charging and one USB port. Received a quote for at least $500 from the dealer service department, so it seemed like the right time to try a new place. I couldn't believe it! The issue was immediately diagnosed and then resolved with a new fuse within 10 minutes. I had planned to have to leave my car, so that was a relief in and of itself, and then... the technician told me there was no charge! They were so professional, kind, and generous that I wanted to share my experience. I am now a loyal customer and will refer others to BM Auto in Columbia for skilled, kind, and honest service. Today has been a great day, thanks to the gentleman from BM Auto who started it that way for me. I wish I knew his name and will be sure to ask him next time :)”
“In these times it's difficult to find a mechanic/shop you can trust but with Redline Performance, transparency and honesty is top tier. If you need an a shop that specializes in LS/Chey vehicles (as well as many other makes and models), I can recommend this shop enough.
I had catastrophic engine damage in my Pontic G8 and basically towed him an empty shell, sent him a new motor and a slew of parts for a camshaft swap. Without hesitation, he accepted the job (most shops would send you away) and as soon as he had space in the shop, my engine, performance parts and transmission were swapped in and tuned within a week. Chris and his mechanic Landon did an exceptional job. Every torqued bolt was even marked with a paint pen (also very rare and something only people who take pride in their work will take time to do). To be expected as everyone's driving styles are different, I wanted a few revisions to the tune and Chris had me back within 5 business days to meet with the tuner to make a few changes.
I have owned my G8 for 13 years now; I drive it every single day which was getting old but with the work done by Redline, I am have fallen completely in love with it again.

Dany always took the time to call and explain to me what’s wrong with my car. And I had no issues when it was time to pick up my car. From my own experience this place is the best place you could take your vehicle to !! They explained to me how long it took to the parts to be delivered to the shop and then they got to fix my car and it was on time when I got there to pick it up. CJ's was absurdly responsive, 100% upfront about price and issues, flexible, and lightning fast with the work.

“If the coolant is topped off, you should require the customer to sit there at least 15 minutes with the radiator cap off to bleed the system.

“My recent experience with Suburban was fantastic. They are totally honest and charged me exactly the fair rate. I would recommend them to anyone.DETAILS: I got my Nissan CVT transmission (the ones that break down all the time) rebuilt at Suburban several years ago ($$$!). When I developed a leak, I wanted Suburban to take care out it even though I now live pretty far from Laurel. It was under new management. I spoke to Elmer Canales, the new manager, and he was a total pro and committed to checking out the problem and hopefully fixing it right away if I brought the car in first thing. The mechanic inspected cleaned up the transmissions, inspected the leak, test drove the car, double checked it (it was an axle seal leak) and fixed it. THEN he took it for another test drive and inspected it again to make sure the leak was fixed. I walked in 9am and was out before noon.PRICE: I was worried about the cost, of course. I had already been on the phone with someone I know who does transmission work, and Elmer charged exactly what I was told it should cost. So these guys are honest.”
