They were incredibly helpful and accommodating, and thankfully, I was able to handle most of the process over the phone from the training. They quickly diagnosed the problem, replaced the driver-side CV joint, and helped me out of what could have been a very dangerous situation. “If the coolant is topped off, you should require the customer to sit there at least 15 minutes with the radiator cap off to bleed the system.
