I second what Marcus said. Stay far away from this location and Verizon entirely. They are all a bunch of liars and frankly clueless reps. They had me talk to support for 2 hours, visit 3 stores and waste 2 days of my life with their errors and wrong information. Total joke. Tyree at the Annapolis Road location then started debating and arguing that I should have never left Verizon for Xfinity. He proceeded to say to make stupid uneducated and uninformed comments that were categorically false. I was paying over $450 with Verizon for Cable, 1 gig Fios, and 2 cell phones (Iphone 14 Pro Max) unlimited service. each bill was roughly $225 each. Moving to Xfinity, my TOTAL monthly bill is only $242 with the same services. And it is guaranteed for 5 years. So don't try to tell me to stay with the WORST company in American Verizon. The only thing they are good at is lying and giving you the 100% runaround. I would be embarrassed to work for such a Clown outfit. I would give them ZERO stars if that was an option.

Wanted to upgrade phones and Dimetric Devy was an immense help! He helped us through the trade in and when our kids’ Gizmo watches wouldn’t work right he spent a lot of time troubleshooting with Verizon our behalf. Give this man a raise! He’s awesome!

My family had a great experience working with Mr. Dimetric Devy. His hands-on expertise was beyond the call of duty respectfully speaking. We will continue to us verizon due to fantastic finishes as in today!

Gregory Sloan might be young and new at Verizon’s Cellular Sales business location in Odenton, however, they are the utmost patient and professional customer carrying front face of when walking into the place. Greets everyone with curtesy, listens, and ensures we left with the products, sale, and help we came in for, regardless of the couple of hours we spent to get phones converted, transferred, and updated. They deserve the customer base, time, and support to grow and mature, as they shown my family and I grace, understanding, compassion, and all with a smile and genuine care. Thank you Sir.

I had an awesome experience at this store, thanks largely to Jake Darling. I came in looking to switch my service to Verizon, and Jake was incredibly courteous and patient, answering all of my questions thoroughly. He walked me through the entire process and helped transfer all of my numbers seamlessly. He was transparent about pricing and presented various options so I could evaluate and make the best decision. At one point, an unruly customer entered the store, demanding access to the store's parking lot security cameras. Jake handled the situation with the utmost professionalism. If I ever need a new phone or want to modify my service, I will definitely return to this store.

The service I receive at this store is one of the reasons I’ve been a Verizon customer for over 20 years. Every visit has been great. Excellent customer service and product knowledge by every staff member I’ve encountered. They should use your site as a training facility for other stores and employees!

Ben did an amazing job at getting me the best deal. I initially went in for an older phone but he got me the newest iPhone for almost free. He had amazing product knowledge, took care of me when I called before going in and checked in on me after so customer service was an A+. I Spent about 5 minutes in the store all together so he made it seamless for me. Thanks Ben!

The slowest store I have ever seen. They never have customers even then, they ask you to wait and keep talking to each other for 20-25 mins then ask the reason of visit and then keep you waiting for another 15-20 mins. I visited there twice, and it was the same treatment.

The best experience I have ever had with Verizon or their authorized retailer! Al Jackson is a consummate professional whose long experience with cell phones and plans made it easy to resolve a complicated situation with multiple plans for multiple family members. He explained what he was recommending clearly and enabled me to make the best decision for our family. Verizon and Cellularsales should recognize him as a great asset to the company.
