I have found A T&T difficult to deal with on a corporate level, especially in getting my bill straight and sent to me and not to someone else. BUT I have to say that Edwin and Carlos two employees at the Olney Maryland Store were exceptionally helpful and took the time to guide me through the questions that I had and do what they could to straighten out my bill. I visited at different times and days and one both occasions that I had these two employees, I found them to be cheerful, informed, friendly, cooperative and understanding. I want to express my gratitude to them and AT&T for having such men working for you in dealing with your customers. I am 77 years old and not very tech savey and so I am most grateful for their assistance. Michael Wilson

Kelvin was so helpful and kind and patient. He helped me resolve my issue with my phone in which I accidentally erased my sim after returning to the country.

Came by today to purchase a phone for Mothers Day gift at 2pm. Store closed. No sign. Doors locked. Hours says open 12-6.
I would recommend going to a corp store vs authorized retailer.

I had bought two upgrade phones from my online AT&T rep. I asked him how easy it would be to do the transfer of data/apps from our existing phones to the new ones. He said I could do it. I did not want to risk losing anything on the phones so I went to the AT&T store in Olney, Md. Mind you I did not buy the phones there.
Between Carlos and Yuban, the store manager they did a GREAT job getting the new phones setup. These gentlemen go beyond what is expected. They are valuable assets to the company. They took the time to get the phones set the right way, the first time. When you go to that store be sure to tell them you heard from me how supportive they are. You will see what I mean when you work with them. 👌

My father took me the AT&T store in Olney to add a phone to his account for me, so it was my first time there.
The girl who took care of us was awsome. She answered every question my father threw at her with a smile on her face.?
I changed from a android to an apple I phone and she made it a great experience.

Went in with an issue with my SIM card and was out within 10 minutes Max. The guy who helped me was Zuli and he was really chill and is great with customer service! Would definitely recommend this location to anyone who needs a quick fix.
