βI had an unfortunate luck of experiencing an hit and run in the parking lot. I didn't know which body shop to take it to, but I was referred to Total Recon and decided to give it a try. The team at Total Recon did an amazing job restoring my car's body. It looks as good as new, and they even cleaned the interior. My car looked better than I originally purchased it.The repair was completed on time, and I didnβt feel like I was being upsold on anything I didnβt need. They even provided the new Tesla Model Y as my rental which was nice to experience. Highly recommend! They have earned my trust and future business!β
βBelieve the 5 star retings. I had an emergency brake situation yesterday afternoon. Everyone knows how difficult it is to find a good mechanic on a weekend. I work as a travel nurse so I obviously need my car every weekday. Not only did Mike come through in such a short amount of time, he had the car done with high-quality brake parts in 2 hours. He was 100% legit, honest, and stands by his work. He went on to explain the problem, sent me photos of the work being done, and clarified everything when I picked the car up. The price for all 4 brakes w/ rotors was very reasonable, too. I was pleasantly surprised. I think I found my new permanent mechanic.β

βThe outside of my car looks spanking new! The interior surface looks very shiny & clean, too! However, when I folded down my third row, it wasn't vacuumed. The spaces between the sliding doors weren't wiped down either. Small crevices here and there were left untouched. Overall, it was a decent job, and I would have given a 4.7-star rating, but that option isn't available.β

βThey accommodated my schedule and were able to fit me in next day for a quick wash and vacuum. They cleaned my Land Rover defender spotless for just $55. What a bargain! And after two dogs and two kids, it looked like it had been detailed. Amazing job. Thank you!β

βShort of getting a full detailing, they always do the most thorough job inside and out of anybody I've been able to find in the area. I'm a regular here, and every 10th wash is free.β
βThis is my preferred spot for getting my cars detailed. Love that I can shop or run errands in the mall while I wait. They always do a great job. I recommend the Luxe package. The only reason they donβt get 5 stars is because you can never get a hold of someone if you call!β
βI got the full service on a large SUV. It was 7/10 dirty and they did a great job! They were very thorough and asked questions to get clarification when things came up. Very reasonably priced for the service! They worked quickly and efficiently. I went in the middle of the day, so the wait was not that long.β

βBased on the reviews, I wasn't really expecting much...I just wanted to get my car washed since it's been so long. I must say, they exceeded my expectations! I liked being able to sit in my car as it went through the wash and the guys afterwards were very thorough in drying and cleaning the inside of my car. They even took special detail on each tire...I was impressed! Even after a few weeks, my car still looks great. I will definitely return here.β
