I’m sharing this from my car. There seems to be only one young man in there. He’s a young guy. Everyone seemed to pull in it once, LITERALLY. This young man was very professional and got the crowd down quickly, and with no attitude. We definitely need more of this great customer service. Myself, I had anxiety watching everyone seem to come in AT ONCE! Great job sir, I definitely didn’t see another person on any register! Great service ! 4:30pm 7/23/25

Came here after a long ride to use restroom and grab a quick bite..but was told restroom was inoperable. I tried to tell them attendant that it's always some issue every time I come so I've avoided this 711. He interrupted me mid sentence and didn't hear me. I told him that if you cut people off mid sentence you hear nothing. Maybe THIS is why they magas exist? Geez!

Workers are great in morning and afternoon except the worker Robin she always on the phone and sitting down while the other guy Chris does everything I respect him and Robin have no respect for anyone yelling and cussing she don’t have a good customer service she shouldn’t even be working there if you going to sit all day long and complain about body pain, how can you be hurting if you be sitting and doing nothing

They charged my son 5.70 for three large drinks. He put his 711 rewards number in. When he asked aren't there still $1.00. Cashier said no. Then when we got outside and took a pic of the sign and drinks.

My kids have swim lessons nearby so we have stopped in twice for drinks or snacks. The first experience was less than stellar and I figured that the employees were having an off day. We just went in for our second visit and unfortunately the lady behind the counter was inexplicably even ruder this time around. She even ignored us in line and rang up someone behind us first. Pleasantries like “hello” and “thank you” are apparently unheard of in this establishment. We’ll take our business elsewhere in the future.

Old, broken and constantly out of service. You're lucky if you're able to find a pump to get gas. I hate this 7/11

Sometimes a third of the pumps don't work and sometimes the pumps won't allow you to use your card on them. Then if you pay inside and happen to forget to include your rewards, an employee won't even mention that as an option. Ended up paying more just because I had to go inside and in this economy that is day ruining.

How the hell you dont have change for 100 at night. Needed 30 dollars in my gas tank. I was told no bills.. course thr card reader was denying.. this place is stupid CLOSE IT DOWN!

Well stocked hot food selection most times when I pop in. 4* because the gas pumps here are very buggy or extremely slow.
