I bought my Sentra at Security Nissan and figured I have it serviced there but once I realized that I didn’t have to go there I made my appt in Owings Mills. I was extremely impressed by John Proud. He definitely knows his stuff. This is the second time dealing with John and he just makes you feel very comfortable. I had some difficulty in knowing how to work my GPS and he walked me thru it with patience and understanding and letting me know what cable I needed. I purchased the 48 month maintenance plan and I will be coming back. Thank you

Everytime Nissan of Owings Mills takes amazing care of me and my Car. Brooke is always professional and communicates with me about any issues with my car. She even talks about upcoming things as I have had my car serviced with her for over 5 Years and I would not think about going anywhere else!

My vehicle was dead. Wouldn't start or run. Nissan performed every kind of tests until they discovered the cause. They repaired what the cause was and returned my vehicle in a good amount of time. They kept me informed of everything that was happening. Their professionalism was top notch. The service department was friendly, honest, courteous and efficient.

They accommodated my added services and when I got in the car, it was wiped down/cleaned a bit (enough for me to notice) and it was great! The service was thorough and quick!

I've never had such a positive experience buying a car. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Nemo was by far the best car salesman we have ever had and he was more than generous speaking to us and making us feel comfortable. Even the baby liked him and he doesn't like anyone! I will definitely be recommending Nemo to anyone who needs a new car because he's personable and great at what he does. He definitely deserves a raise and the highest commission possible on our sale. Thank you for a great experience!

As always, the service provided was excellent. John Proud, my service liason, gave me excellent guidance. I came in for a standard oil change and John was able to provide an added value proposition for additional services that I needed and could be completed within my time frame.

Every one in the service office is extremely friendly and pleasant. They take time to make you feel like a friend. They are also very knowledgeable about the cars and services that are performed. The service department is run very efficiently! I feel very comfortable bringing my car there for service.

Update :I expressed in a previous survey how I had a great “service” experience at this location, but was not pleased with a technical matter that was left unresolved. I received an email and voicemail within a few hours from Tamara Medeiros on behalf of Brooke Lewis requesting to follow up.To Brooke: Thank you, thank you, thank you!! I truly appreciate you for making it a priority to fact find, accept responsibility and resolve the matter. I had no plans on returning to this dealership in the future but your kindness, great efforts and professionalism changed my mind. See you in a few months :-)

It was a nice dealership. I only went for the maintenance but that crew is so funny it was someones birthday and they were still attentive. They young lady with Scooby Doo on her desk was nice as well as the African American woman with the tattoos (sadly I forgot their names) but be on the look out for them

Repeated problems with service. Manager doesn’t review problem, even though when you check out you are required to sign paper that work was reviewed with customer! And when I asked John is so busy, wait 15 min and still not available?! Left after service, NO improvement

I bought used Maxima here. I asked the dealer what’s wrong with the car he points out at dent and a couple scratches. I buy the car and as I am driving down the road the window is making a whistling sound like the window was down a crack. I got the car home and realized the window was off in general. Then a couple days later I am driving down the road when it’s raining and I start getting hit in the face with water. Went to my local Nissan dealership to get it fixed it cost 900 dollars. I called these people up to see if they would cover half. I didn’t even want it all paid. I was turned down because I didn’t consult them first. I got two more car payments before I even paid my first one.
