“Theres everything you need all in one area. Sit down restaurants, quick food pick up. Boba Teas, pharmacy, salon. The public library and public transportation is here. Housing and a nice new hotel with a venue. Parking garages with security guards and cameras. Right up the hill is the movie theater and just a few steps away is a Costco, Giant grocery store. More places to eat, Sephora a gas station. Nice area with grass and trees around. Looks like living in the country with the convenience of city living. I highly recommend this area!”

Tanika was a great host and offered time and patience for questions, EVEN THOUGH I DIDN'T know what to ask, and guided me through the important aspects of what to look for and expect while touring the property.

“I want to give a huge thank you to the on call maintenance staff and Resident Manager Leeza.. My stove went out today and I had to call emergency maintenance.. My husband is diabetic and has to have meals throughout the day .. The stove was replaced in a matter of hrs.. I really appreciate everyone going above and beyond.. I’ve been at this property for a yr and a half.. Leeza is an exceptional property manager.. who shows concern for the residents.. Thank you again.”
